Room was extremely clean, hotel looks very modern, definitely a 4 star. The breakfast is open most of the morning. Breakfast had something for everyone, lots of fresh fruits, juices, lots of choice, plenty of seating although very busy. Very clean hotel. Staff are friendly (particularly the cleaners <3). Nice area at the front for drinks and snacks and watch the people go by. Also they kept my bag for me after I checked out because I had a late night flight, so I could go enjoy the city. Good value for money in October. I was upgraded to double room which was two single beds pushed together. Also I was able to check in slightly earlier. In the room plenty of towels, small hairdryer, safe, samsung TV, lighting was nice, fridge for drinks. Also because the hotel was adults only, it was very peaceful but didn't hear any entertainment, only from the hotel behind us.

Buenos Dias! We stayed in this hotel for a week and it was simply fantastic. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a view of the pool and a partial view of the sea. We had half board and I can recommend that. The many delicious freshly prepared dishes and the wide range on offer leave nothing to be desired. If somebody can't find any food here, then he/she have some problem. The pool and the pool bar were very nice, clean and very pleasant. We were served good quality cocktails, which tasted very good. We would like to thank all the hotel staff because it is only through their good, quality work that guests can feel comfortable and relax. We found it very pleasant that the room cleaning staff took their time with the daily room cleaning and we were able to sleep in. The hotel location is wonderful; just across the promenade (approx. 2 minutes) you can get to the Ocean and the beach for sunbathing and relaxing. Shops all around are in the immediate vicinity. Everything is wonderful and everyone is very friendly. We felt very comfortable. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. They worked tirelessly, especially in the restaurant, where their dedication really stood out. I loved the personal touches, such as having coffee or tea served directly to the table at breakfast – a simple gesture that made mornings feel special. The location was perfect: close to all the action, yet tucked away from the busiest part of Playa de Palma, offering both convenience and peace.

At times, it felt like there weren’t quite enough staff for such a large hotel, which occasionally led to some waiting. The rooms, while comfortable, could benefit from being a bit more spacious.

We stayed at Grupotel Acapulco Playa on the top (4th) floor in a sea view room — and it was absolutely wonderful. The view from the balcony was something special: during the day — palm trees and the turquoise sea, and at night — soft lighting, peaceful atmosphere, stars above and the sound of waves. Truly relaxing, especially in the evening with a glass of wine. The room was clean, well-designed, and had everything we needed. The balcony was spacious — a lovely spot just unwind. Housekeeping was done daily, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast deserves a special mention — delicious, fresh, and with lots of variety. The entire hotel area is tidy and peaceful, with a calm, adults-only atmosphere. Perfect for those who appreciate comfort and quiet. Special thanks to the guy at the reception who spoke to us in Russian — it was really nice! We will definitely come back again!

Room was comfortable and quiet. Food was nice, plenty of choices and fresh. Staff very friendly (pretty much everyone). No stress over sunbeds as there were plenty available even at 11am!!

The hotel was extremely quiet with no amenities which for some people is perfect but it would be nice to have even a bit of music around the pool. There was not much privacy in the balcony as the neighbours could see straight into each other. There was a member of the staff in the restaurant shouting and being rude to their own staff (not very professional).

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The indoor pool and spa facilities were a great addition, and I appreciated the plentiful towels and amenities provided for both the shower and spa. The location was also convenient, with a bus station nearby that made getting to the city easy. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a great variety to choose from.

The room felt a bit cold, and the heating system was quite loud, so I didn’t end up using it. Additionally, the walls were quite thin, and I could hear noise from other rooms. The TV only had German channels, which wasn’t a big issue since I wasn’t in my room much, but it would be a great improvement if they upgraded to smart TVs with apps like Netflix and Prime for guests to log in.

The fooooood is sooo good, I recommend half board, no need to go outside to eat in a fancy restaurant, the chef here are good with varieties to choose from, I was really spoilt. The cleaners are nice and cheerful and cleaning was done everyday unless you use the do not disturb card. All staff were cheerful and pleasant. It’s located 3mins walk away from the beach, very lovely location. You can easily access bus from the hotel to go to town for exploration. The rooms are comfy with all you need to make your holiday great. The indoor pool is warm and so is the jacuzzi it was really lovely. The hotel itself is so neat, well decorated and beautiful. In all it’s a fabulous place for a holiday, I will surely visit again. For someone that hardly revisit places, this is the only hotel I would plan to revisit. I give them 💯

Nothing Wish they could grant late check out but aside that I was fully satisfied.

Excellent seafront location perfectly connected to the airport. Elegant and welcoming hotel. Beautiful beach. Absolutely fantastic desk, bar and restaurant staff. Very helpful and friendly always attentive. I stayed for 6 days and always felt pampered. Also very nice in the evening to listen to the beautiful interpretations of Antonia at the lounge bar: charismatic showgirl with a powerfull soul voice.

The double bed wasn't a king bed but 2 single beds attached that in the night they continously get separated. I suggest to use a topper at least

very near to the beach, only ten seconds! the bar in the 0 floor is good. the hotel is new, room comfortable, every quiet, I sleep good each nights. swimming pool is good. staff are friendly.

breskfast is not good, there was very little fresh ham and vegetable, a limited variety of croissants. I don't understand why there were no tissues or trash cans in the rooms. There was only a small trash can and toilet paper in the bathroom.

The staff were amazing. Shout out to Adrian at breakfast serving food. So good humoured, and funny. Breakfast was amazing. Proximity to the beach was a big plus!

I think the hotel should have more double beds for couples or at least have a bed topper to hold the 2 single beds together, and not just a bed sheet. That was the only downside.
