The property and staff were great from the get go, we had such a lovely stay. The hotel was clean, modern, bright and comfortable. Our room was more than spacious enough for two people and we loved the extra touches like the robes and slippers in the room. We arrived at about 1am and the staff had kept some food aside for us as we were half board which again was really thoughtful and a nice touch to welcome us. The staff even delivered a bottle of Prosecco to our room on my birthday which was such a thoughtful touch that I wasn’t expecting. The poolside and staff were great and made days spent by the pool so relaxing, it was exactly what we needed. The rooftop pool/bar area also has stunning views of the coast, wish we’d gone up there sooner as we only explored on the last day. The hotel breakfast / dinner was also really good considering how many people they were catering for each day, we had really consistently nice meals there can’t complain at all. The hotel was well connected via bus which we took multiple times to get into Palma for only €2 each way. An Uber was also really quick and easy to the hotel when we first arrived. Would definitely recommend HM Ayron Park to friends/family and will hopefully return soon! Thank you!

Great options for buffet breakfast and dinner. Close to the beach. Pool areas are lovely too

So many drunk Germans in this area. Pool areas closed strictly at 7pm when the sun was still shining. My partner was told off by the reception for walking in without a shirt on (we had just come from the beach) and also told he was not allowed to wear flip flops to the buffet. However we saw many others in there with them on.

We loved the room, size of it and the cleanliness. We liked the swimming pools and the hotel facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Felipe. The sunbeds were really good, especially the cabanas. There was plenty of options to choose from. It was close to the airport which was a bonus. We would recommend staying here!

It was sometimes loud during the night as we had to keep the window open due to a lack of air conditioning in the room. Food in general wasn’t that great so wouldn’t recommend eating at the hotel, other than the breakfast which had plenty of options to choose from. Some of the breakfast was however cold.

Location is awful. Not a pretty part of Majorca AT ALL! Teenage group party central.

We stayed only one day as we had our flight rescheduled and needed sth close to the airport but the experience was great. Spacious room with big balcony (we had 2+2 option with children) - furnished with great taste, comfortable, had all we needed. Nice pools, however the main one was a bit crowded (best sun beds are extra paid), great pasta in the pool bar - nice selection of foods, also perfect breakfast! Wifi working fine in room and all around the hotel. Helpful staff.

I am not a fan of El Arenal - there are much better places in Mallorca :-) The beach here is narrow, you feel more like in a city centre not on vacation. A lot of young, loud, party-focused people everywhere (if you're one of them - this is a place for you :-)). Parking is 15 euro/ day - finding place around hotel is possible but challenging as this is very busy area.

Overall really beautiful hotel, not suited for families though. Very nice design, in the summer must be really great to enjoy all the pools. Room was nice big and clean. Nice surprise for our sons birthday.

Twin beds, indor pool adults only - I didn't see that otherwise would choose other structure. Staff at moments polite and nice, at moments bothered by guests questions. Overall impression about Mallorcan hospitality is bad, feels like tourists bother them - no smiles, rolling eyes, nervous responses. Bike rental not free for guests.

we were told off in reception for noise but there were sooooo many German people who were very loud felt like being at school

Fantastic hotel. Only 2 minutes to the beach. Breakfast top class, everything on offer, including the often mentioned singing omlette chef. Very clean hotel. I would recommend though, that you book only breakfast and walk to the promenade for the evening meal and the Mallorcan ambience. October 24.

Too hard beds.

The apartment was really nice. Big space, coffe machine, big shower, nice beds. Like the 6 pools and not so much crowded.

The pica in italian truck need upgrade with proper cheese

very clean and great amenities. sky bar is lovely to watch the sunset. breakfast and dinner options also great.
