We loved the food and outdoor dining pateo. We went with family, had breakfast in all days and ate dinner there twice. We loved sitting outside all together in an open garden area. We loved the size of our room, the pool area, and my in-laws loved the nightly bingo. Was great fun having a drink and playing bingo outside with the family.

We didn’t live the bathroom set up. Zero privacy. Also our show leaked into our room each day. We also didn’t like the fact that hotel staff do not follow their own rules. There are signs everywhere telling people not to put towel out in the pool area but still every morning the moment the chairs went out people ran out to put their towels down and then leave for breakfast. Even in the rain! The stay should take all the towels and hand them out only when people return.

Breakfast was excellent with a huge and comprehensive choice - 10/10. Orange juice and sparkling wine offered at reception when booking in. Nice reception/lounge area with board games and cards available if needed. Entertainment day and night was surprisingly good fun if you wanted to partake. Staff make a real effort. Bar in hotel not too expensive. Adult only. Additional dipping pool/sun loungers on 1st floor. Close to Paguera town and beach but fairly quiet location.

WC only separated from bedroom by a semi frosted glass screen - not very private. Lack of availability of an iron - i.e. not enough available when we needed prior to attending a wedding. Gym equipment not the best.

Rooms were spotless and well equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast was a very good selection, fresh, and additional bonus of Champaign/Cava. Loads of room in the restaurant and option to eat outside. Evening meal was a little more limited and uninteresting selection (with regards to meats), but still fresh and plenty of it. Free lunch and entertainment around the pool on one of the days, this was a nice surprise. Evening entertainment (singers) most days if you wanted to stay local, the ones we stayed to see were good. Pool areas also spotless and modern with a nice bar and good food.

Not much not to like about this hotel. One thing to mention, but this is more about other guest's than the hotel. Towels placed on loungers from 7:30 and most taken by 9:30. Lifeguard was good at monitoring those not attended for an hour or more. But still very irritating when options are limited due to other guests being selfish. Also, if your on a late flight and need a shower, the shower area in the sauna is like being in the sauna its so hot, and not private with no doors.

The lobby is very clean, modern and vibrant. The restaurant food is good. The bedding and towel quality is also fine.

We didn’t request daily cleaning or fresh towels, only every other day. However, the floor was never vacuumed or mopped. The room is on the smaller side, but it matches the photos, so we can’t really complain. The biggest issue was the air conditioning — it didn’t work at all. After showering, the room became very humid with no ventilation option. Additionally, water would leak out of the shower due to the poor design around the door hinges and floor.

There was always an excellent variety of food at breakfast and dinner. Dining room had plenty of tables and was bright clean and well decorated. There was a different theme for dinner each night, favourite was Chinese and Japanese night. Food was hot plentiful and well presented. All of the staff were friendly and efficient.

We had a Golden suite which was good BUT I did not like 1. No doors from bedroom to lounge area. So if I was awake earlier than my husband I could not put tv on. 2. No door to bathroom so no privacy 3. Frosted glass toilet cubicle 😨

I liked the breakfast and the place where breakfast is served. The whole hotel is very well decorated. I loved that. The swimming pool was lovely, the tower service very useful, and the welcome drink so good and unexpected. If you call reception they respond immediately and are very helpful.

There isn’t coffee or tea bags in the room accompanying the kettle - which was surprising. Slippers are not offered. I stayed in a single room with a single bed. I think single rooms should only feature double beds. I think there was a double bed option but much more expensive for one person. The table tennis table is a bit further away and in the sun which is a bit inconvenient. The music shows should feature the latest hits to appeal to younger people and get them to dance.

It's the second time staying at this hotel and it couldn't been better! Ana and Pedro (reception) were the best hosts. The rest of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast is amazing. Pool was definetely a highlight. Perfect hotel for those that want quietness and occasionally a few activities (pool yoga, shows, dards, pool table, etc). The fact that it doesn't have kids running around is definely a plus! Would absolutely recommend this place (and come back!) Ps: the beach is 5 min away by foot and there are plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. It is possible to get to western aqua park, magaluf and other atractions quite easy (whether by taking a taxi or bus)

Fantastic buffet at breakfast and dinner. Massive choice of quality food for even the fussiest of guests. Themed dinner on several nights gave a flavour of different countries. Room was modern with balcony, kettle and fridge. quality soap and shower gel. Also modern bathroom.

Could not fault anything about my stay, the hotel or the fantastic staff.

Breakfast was amazing, apartments close to the beach and modern furniture. Spacious rooms, free parking on the premises, coffee machine in apartment, slight sea view from bedroom, big shower

Lights with sensors didn't work properly, cleaning wagons were noisy in the morning, cleaning could have been done more thoroughly, bed was noisy

Everything we experienced was of top quality I would recommend it to all my friends 🧡 Infact my daughter just booked in the day after we left so I hope she has the same experience.
