I love the friendliness of the staff. The lady at the receptionist called suntransfers for me on the day of my departure as my coach was late. I don't know her name but she is really nice so a big thanks to her. Overall, the friendliness of the staff at reception is really good. The staff at the restaurant are super nice, especially all the young gentlemen who work. there.. The food is nice and tasty. The chef is super friendly. I love the location of the hotel as it s near the beach and near the train station.

Staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful, the location was spot on just over the road from the beach, the rooms were clean and had plenty of room.

I'm afraid the food let it down somewhat, breakfast was ok although it seemed mainly aimed at French holiday makers. the dinners were very disappointing my son and i had great difficulty finding anything to eat and ate out in Pineda mulitple times, the television only had one english speaking channel.

Superb location, adorable and very professional staff.

The sound insulation between the rooms is bad. Every morning we heard the neighbours’ child shouting from 8 to 11 as we were trying to sleep. About the food : I would really like to have some “real” ice creams served with 4-5 choices of perfumes, or to have some banana split, chocolat liegeois, strawberry-vanilla with syrup topping and chantilly :)

Really convenient, top floor there is a pool and sunbeds with seaview, but the beach is also a few meters away, Barcelona, Girona a Figueres can easily be accessed by train in case you don't drive. It takes more than an hour, but not so expensive. Really nice service at the hotel. Friday morning there is a street market in front of the hotel with nice things to go home with. :-)

Clean and good size rooms. Our room had a balcony, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is warm, friendly and clean. The staff is very nice. Perfect location with the lovely beech.

Only think i would mentioned is the timing the gym and pool open in May. It could be earlier.

The food is pretty good, they try and vary it across the week, so you will usually find something you like. The Palace is in a great location, close to the station, the beach and the shops. The staff are all so lovely and we look forward to seeing them every year.

The staff were excellent. The rooms are very clean, and the location is great. The rooftop pool and area is lovely.

Just one little thing. No kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The top of the hotel was nice + relaxing

Not being able to sleep properly through the hardness of the bed + the lockers were we could put our luggage till departure couldn't lock them .

Good location. Sea view is really nice. Food is perfect, a lot of variants, fresh tasty fruits. Coffee in bar good. Friendly staff.

I didn’t eat at the hotel, as I was socialising with friends, the location is perfect, close to all amenities, the beach and the railway station just a 5 minute walk. And the staff especially Raquel who sorted out a coach Transfer to the Airport for me at short notice, went above and beyond, thank you so much.
