Location near Palma

Excellent and friendly staff. Very helpful with all our questions and needs. Surprisingly good English speakers. Very tidy and clean. Excellent value for the money for a 3 star hotel. Street parking was also easily available while renting a vehicle there, which was awesome. The gas station is just 500m away, as well as S'Arenal beach with showers, and plenty of beach bars (with free restrooms), restaurants and shops along the beach. Very well maintained and clean beach. Best compromise between price, distance and facilities for folks wanting to stay in once place during their trip.

A bit small elevators (2 of them carrying 4 - 6 people each), which can get crowded at times and you'll have to wait a bit to get to your floor. The food was ok, nothing spectacular. I guess we're just used to more of a gourmet type stuff. I get that it's hard to make "awesome" food on a budget so I don't particularly mind. There were at times some awesome dishes though.

The room has comfortable beds, balcony with a nice view, clean and modern bathroom. The hotel is located near the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was tasty, varied and nourishing. The dining area is spacious and connected to the outdoor terrace. The staff was friendly and communicative. The hotel was very clean and the area nearby was safe. There were police cars monitoring the streets by the beach.

The workers drilling the wall in the room next door before noon while I was having an important online meeting. Although they had promised not to drill, after a few minutes they continued. Thin walls. Some loud teenagers form Germany partying next door shouting and slamming the door, screaming in the bathroom and making creepy noises between midnight and 2:30 a.m. two nights in a row and their father who rushed into their room a few times and shouted at them even louder. You can't call the reception staff at night (only answering machine).

First of all, there was a faster check-in option and I could fill out the form in advance and it was great, I haven't seen this being done at other places yet. The room was cute and I loved the view from the 8th floor, watching over the mountains and the nearby club hotel. The sound insulation was great as I didn't hear the music from the club hotel when I closed the balcony door. There's an air con that cools the room very quickly and a bathroom that has a cool light behind the mirror.

Because the room was small, the air con was blowing directly onto me when I was on a certain side of the bed. It was nice during the day but not great to sleep with, and the fan in the room was a little loud so I had to turn both of them off when I went to sleep. Otherwise it's a lovely and clean room and the stay was nice, no other complaints really. All staff was kind and helpful.

I liked the range of food for breakfast and pleasant staff. The room was cleaned every day as requested by leaving green note on the door handle . The staff at the reception arranged taxi from hotel to the airport which was very helpful. the taxi arrived within 5 minutes.

It was a bit harder to communicate in English with staff. Didn't have TV remote control in my room. My room was next to the room where cleaning equipment was kept so cleaning staff woke me up before 7 in the morning. You could hear some visitors (mainly Germans) coming back to the hotel in late hours.

Food and staff were very nice.

Think it might be a main holiday destination for German football fans, so a lot of big groups singing and drinking. This wasn’t exclusively the hotel but the whole area.

Everything was great, the hotel was 100% worth the money.

Dinner was quite scarce, small selection, drinks during dinner, like plain water or juice need to be paid. Two small cokes cost 7€, quite a high price.

Really helpful staff, perfect breakfast, near the beach and bus stops too. Very clean. Nice garden area to relax.

All-day boring techno music from the neighbouring resort.

Some parts of the hotel need reconstruction but that is partially done

The stuff was very friendly. the room was comfortable. Bedroom very clean and nice. Breakfast amazing - a lot of choice

Location - over 30 min by bus to palma.
