I absolutely loved it. Centrally located with a 24hour reception, very friendly and helpful staff, this charming hotel has everything that I needed for spending a week away from home. Rooms spacious, well thought through and uniquely furnitured, fridge in the room, I loved the roof terrace with the 360 degree view over Puerto de la Cruz. Coffee vending machine in the lobby came in handy as well. Shops and stores in close vicinity. Hopefully I will get to come back soon.

We were originally on the first floor which we requested. Unfortunately, it was noisy of a night, due to a lot of young people staying. I went to reception, who explained that they were leaving the following day. I asked if there was another room on a different floor, which the lovely receptionist offered us a room on the 4th floor ROOM 401, which was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were very accommodating. This is our 4th visit to the hotel and will definately return as we only live in the south of the island.

Liked everything about this place. Spacious room with TV and fridge. Bath, shower cleaned everyday and fresh towels. The pool on the roof is great, good strong loungers an WC facilities also there with drinks vending machine. Location was the best, right in the middle of town. Everything you need is on your doorstep. David at Reception was extremely helpful and helped with anything I asked or needed help with. Overall great value for money and will deffo be going back there sometime soon!!

We only stayed there for 1 day and I was really good. Location was in the busy area and also in front of a Persian restaurant which made it so valuable for us. Our room was clean and it has enough facilities for one day.

The bed was 140cm which was small if you are gonna stay longer than few days. Considering a bar near the hotel , you cannot open the windows during the nights if you are not a night owl. And also the air conditioner was not enough for the hot weather.

The breakfast was good value for money. Lovely roof pool and sunbathing area with lovely view of Mount Teidi. The hotel is in a quiet area in town centre.

The hotel needs updating but the price is very reasonable. I have stayed here 8 times. Hotel always clean and comfortable.

Awesome location with beautiful balcony and swimming pool on the roof. There is a great opportunity to eat and drink around in different cafés and restaurant and also to explore the city, because it is literary in the city centre. Few minutes from bus stations, to the beach or to the main plaza.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day. I loved the location! Quick access to many wonderful restaurants, shops, and the ocean front. Easily accessible by public bus. Spacious room with plenty of power plugs. Rooftop pool was very cute. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

The wifi signal was weaker than I'd liked - it would disconnect unless I'm in a particular spot in the room. The church nearby rings its bells all the time (not the hotel's fault, obviously) but I slept fine with earplugs in.

The hotel is in the center of Puerto very convenient and has a lovely roof with a small pool and a great view of Teidi. The room bed and bathroom always clean and very good breakfast. I have stayed here for the last 8 years.

It needs modernising. The balcony doors are in a bad state and some of the stair carpets are in a poor condition.

Great value and very central location in Puerto de la Cruz. Welcoming staff, quick and pleasant check-in. My room was super clean and exactly like the photo, spacious. Small fridge that is actually cold enough to work properly in the room is a plus and the scent of the air freshener that the hotel uses is very pleasant.

Very helpful staff, lovely roof top terrace, perfect location to explore the old town in Puerto de la Cruz. Really good value for money.

The decor and finishing both in the room and in public areas is a little dated and worn. This didn't impact on the quality of our stay.
