Hotel is located very close to the center, just some 3-5 min walk. It takes 10-15 min to walk to the sandy beach. You can also walk in 30 min to Loro Park. Personal is attentive and helpful. Hotel is fresh and tidy. I had a breakfast and it was quite ok. Though the place gets really busy after 9.00. For the dinner I would absolutely recommend going out to try some local food: it is inexpensive and tasty with lots of places to eat out nearby. Small SPA in the hotel was a nice extra: they always have some offers for massages.

I loved the pool, but I think it is absolutely necessary not to allow smoking there! Smoking is ok by the bar in the cafe, but not on the sun-beds. The gym absolutely needs some brush up. Stop button on the running mat is not working. Hotel is on the busy street, so some traffic noise is heard in the rooms.

With very new and clean rooms, this was a really pleasant stay. YMMV, but for me this hotel is also very well located, only two minutes from the bus terminal and at the entrance but still outside the main tourist area. Staff was also very friendly and helpful - oh and they have a laundry service.

One of the staff seems to have a reputation, even among the staff, and he greeted me in rather "matter of fact" way - a bit as if I (coming in from hiking and camping with a big backpack) didn't belong here and couldn't afford a hotel. The glass walls around the bath are... a choice. Even if you're there with your significant other, you basically can see them sitting on the toilet. Just saying... There's no waste bin in the room and the beds are partially on wheels. These are all very minor issues and I'm only mentioning them because this is a 4 star hotel. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Great location, close to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was also very friendly. Breakfast was varied and very tasty.

Rooms with mountain view, windows facing the road side so some loud car noise at night. Room hygiene and wifi still need to be upgraded.

Nice, clean hotel. Facilities superb and good breakfast, plenty of choice.

Noise from street below into the early hours with traffic, people. Will insist on inner room in the future or take ear plugs.

The location is great, central and with awesome places nearby to eat and drink, and the city itself is charming. The bus station is quite close. The room was fairly comfortable and clean. Very nice view from the rooftop, where the pool is. The staff was okay, English - so and so. The hotel was generally cozy, but pretty funny that it has music on the hallways. Overall, good value accommodation!

We opted for a double bed, but it is basically two single beds put together that keep spreading apart. Not a great solution. The bathroom is strange, with a glass door, so make sure you are really comfortable with the person you travel with. The breakfast was mediocre at most.

Location perfect for everything and close to transport hub....beds very comfortable .loads of hot water ..a plus! Breakfast was very good with a great selection

Not keen on the see through toilet door...privacy film on all the glass panels would make for more relaxing stay. Pool bar very expensive.

Great location! Really nice, clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar and swimming pools were amazing!

The only weakness is the breakfast - the selection is great but still given quality of the hotel it could have been more fresh/tasty.

Very clean room and facilities. Comfortable bed with 2 big pillows. Air-conditioning is working fine and keeps the room nice (it was +32 outside). The 2 pools on the roof seem quite small and not very deep. But it's for relax mostly I guess. Staff in resrurant very nice and the chef that made the live cooking for dinner explained all you needed to know about the food, very friendly! My room had a small balcony with views over a worn down old parking garage, maybe not the most spectacular view, but I didn't spend time on the balcony anyway. Shower in the room was ok with hot water, but the flat floor made the water poor out onto the bathroom floor. I can see how some might find the bathroom set-up a bit to little privacy(glass windows and door so you can see inside from the hall of the room) but for me as a single traveler, no problem. Food was definitely ok for the price range and at dinner had plenty of choice from hot plates to cold meats and cheese etc. Breakfast had a little less choice but your standard english/American choices and fruits. Juice machine better than average. I would definitely return because of the room and kind staff!

As a 4-star hotel, the pool towels should be included in the room without having to pay any deposit. Positive on that being that you can change as many times as you wish (Maybe not very eco-friendly) and that you can also return it in reception if the pool area is closed when you want to return towels before check out. Could have been nice with an area to hang out, maybe with some pool table or other games. There is very little to do for children inside the hotel but I guess it might not be their target audience.

The bathroom was a glass cube with little privacy,if you like to poop in private this may not be the hotel for you. No milk supplied in the room,plenty tea and coffee etc but no liquid or powdered milk. The breakfast room was a bit of a battlefield I actually saw arguments about queue jumpers,maybe the hotel should think about breakfast time slots based on guests time preference.
