We spent a week at the resort as a family with our two young sons (aged 4 and 6) in early April. We opted for bed and breakfast, although most guests seemed to be on all-inclusive plans. The resort appears to have been recently renovated—the pool area, in particular, had brand-new decking and furniture, which gave it a fresh, modern feel. The facilities were excellent, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the resort’s beachfront location was a huge plus (although the beach is more stones than sand). Both the hotel and our room were spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including a made-to-order omelette station, which we really enjoyed. Our kids especially loved the various waters slides and the kids’ club, which kept them entertained for hours. The “baby” pool is just 0.4m deep, making it perfect for toddlers. We didn’t make use of the spa, gym, indoor pool, or the other restaurants, so I can’t comment on those—but judging by the overall quality of the resort, I’d expect them to be just as impressive.

Shower head was in a very bad state and cut my hand had to cover it with a plastic Live socket beside the TV with a missing front We booked the stay with full board thinking we would get everything that all inclusive got except drinks but that wasn’t the case you have to pay at the pool bar for your food. We had to wake up at 7:30am to make sure we wouldn’t stay without sun beds even when on your room it states you can not hold sun beds

The property was very clean & tidy. The location was good.

Although there is a good selection for breakfast, there are some issues. The coffee from the machine is absolutely awful, with no taste at all. We had to put a double expresso in each mug , then warm the fresh milk in the microwave to get a half decent coffee. The orange from the machine was awful too, the worst orange juice I've ever tasted . The omelette wasn't great as the tomatoes & onions were still uncooked. They could easily cook the ingredients a little on the flat grill before putting them inside the omelette. It's just the way it's prepared, the ingredients good. A few minor improvements could be made here to make the whole experience enjoyable

We stayed at Mediterraneo Bay for the third time in May -25, and we will be coming back again because we can't get enough of this excellent hotel. The price is very reasonable, especially in spring and fall The room is spacious and has a nice design. Our kids love the huge pool area, and the meals are delicious and with a huge variety of different dishes to all tastes. What more can one want from a place like this?

Nothing to complain about. We love this place.

The hotel is a wonderful location the food was great. A lot of options including for children and allergies. I will be coming back

Unfortunately during busy times the public WCs are not cleaned enough, both by the pool and lobby area including disbabled toilet. Not the nicest experience when you bring your child into use the bathroom. I would love to see this improved before my next visit

Breakfast was excellent didn’t use the pool went to the beach, just wish I’d booked a room on the ground floor where the adult pool was. The receptionist was very helpful lovely hotel when definitely recommend it.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel,the staff was always friendly and helpful maybe a larger car park would benefit really can’t add anymore.

The staff were very good, the hotel was clean & well looked after. Paco the head waiter was very kind to us, as was little waitress called Katia

We’ve been visiting this hotel for many years & think it’s gone downhill since becoming all inclusive, never seen so many noisy kids, not the hotels fault but did spoil our experience

Mojito with regular lemon Cakes and pastries could be better During my short stay the nutella was always empty during breakfast and they didnt recharge it Some parts of the swimming pool can be dangerous for children Some lights of my bathroom needed to be changed Noisy children during the night, bedrooms not soundproof you can hear people talking and walking in the corridor

The hotel is nice. Needs a bit of work on the outside but rooms are updated enough. It’s a hard hotel to rate as the kids area and pool area was great but there is something missing

The staff aren’t the most friendly…. They wasn’t rude but no niceness while working. The cleaner told us to hurry up as she needed to get finished when we came back from the pool to get changed at 15:00 in the afternoon

We would book here again, proximity to beach / amenities excellent, hotel beautiful and clean, pools magnificent, breakfast fantastic choices. Nothing bad to say..

One small problem we had - room keys were an issue - we had to ask for replacements twice as the cards weren't working.
