Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great massages, room with partial view worthwhile, usually enough sunbeds, own beach, close to reggae reggae bar and water taxi, bus stop nearby, spar shop opposite.

Pool was not kept clean, overpriced food, shower needed a deep clean, shower head fixture would not stay in place, small ant like bugs from under the flooring in the doorway of the bathroom, bedside light bulbs all blown. Awful music by the pool.

I have stayed at Axel Beach before, this was my second time now and i’d never stay at any other hotel in Ibiza. I am never dissatisfied with my experience here it always meets my expectations. The staff are lovely, the rooms are so stunning and spacious i couldn’t find a reason to complain if i tried. Roberto facilitated our booking and he was as amazing as ever! He is so helpful and well mannered. Bonus points to Roberto!

Axel beach is a gorgeous little hotel with its own beach you have steps down to from the poll which is always a big plus for me. The hotel is spotless and the big loungers at the pool were great for relaxing a sunbathing whilst staff came and asked if you like anything. It's located in a not too crazy busy location which I liked as it's nice to be able to move in and out of the madness, maybe it was the time of year I went but it was nice. The staff were all very polite and super helpful whenever we need anything it really helped make out stay especially the room upgrade. Would definitely stay here again!

Shops and bars around and also nice walk to center of San Antonio. Room was huge. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and room had everything you could need. (including a very generously stocked minibar). Good air con in room and beds were comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Towels provided for pool area. Gym had everything to get a full body workout and again was clean and well air conditioned

Not so much something I didn't like, just a note to be careful getting out of the pools. The pool terrace area is very slippy when you get out. A number of people slipped

This was our second stay and we had a great apartment/room. The bed was huge and so comfortable and the views were spectacular. The kitchen is good enough to cook if you’re watching your money. But the best thing of this hotel is the front desk staff. They are so friendly but also profesional. Our flight got cancelled and had to stay an extra day, a really nice guy (sorry forgot to catch his name) was so helpful and made us feel at ease with the situation and sorted everything for us. Special shoutout to Tomeu who is the nicest of all. She’s so happy and friendly it made us feel like at home.

We have visited in September before and the crowd was less party going than now in July. There are a few room parties happening but the hotel staff makes sure they are not out of hand. It is Ibiza at the end of the day. The percentage of LGTBQ+ guests is not super high but we were treated with respect by other guests so didn’t feel uncomfortable. Small criticism, the rooms and wardrobes could do with a few drawers and appliances like hairdryers need a little freshen up. But nothing bad enough not to come back.

Great stay here with friends. The rooms were perfect for a girls trip to Ibiza. Apartments cleaned everyday, beds made and fresh towels which you can’t beat. The staff were very helpful and the location was perfect.

The doors…. They bang so badly and wouldn’t wake up a full town. It is a party location/hotel so I wouldn’t recommend if you are coming for a quiet holiday, the hotel is always busy with young people ready to party coming in and out throughout the night but that’s what your there for in Ibiza it wasn’t an issue for us as we were out and about also.

7-night travel in late September. This hotel is a decent if you are lucky to get a sea view deluxe apartment room, consisting of bedroom, bathroom kitchen, living room with sofa, tables, and a large terrace with a table, chairs and two sunbathing beds. A receptionist guy Alex upgraded us to this type of room. Upon entrance I was greeted by hotel manager with a complimentary bottle of cava. In the bathroom there's a dental kit, shower, clean towels. Also two pairs of slippers, a face cleaning kit and exceptionally fine detail is nicely packed condom. Kitchen has a working fridge and freezer, toaster maker, plates, mugs and glasses, coffee machine (no electric kettle, but still managed to boil the water for tea). A most distinctive is the sea view throughout the glass-window wall. View is directed to San Antonio bay. For visitors of the hotel, spa is free of charge but we didn't used it due to busy travelling schedule. Hotel is in a convenient location to get to/from airport as you get 9 bus coming right by the hotel. However, If you would wish to get to Eivissa, you would have to walk for quite a while and get back (around 30 min of walking). City tax in our instance was charged upon checkout, therefore it's better to leave some budget to pay for city tax if you stay for a longer period. Kitchen has nothing of food-related additives like salt or sugar etc. There is no cleaning rugs, no kitchen towels and cleaning liquid, but if you prepare food and eat at the room, cleaner will take care of the dirty dishes. There are several various Spar & other small shops to buy some basics. There's also Lidl which can be reached by around 35 min of walking distance. Staff is friendly and polite. Although this hotel is specified as adult and oriented to a specific groups, it is also hetero friendly and in general is more for younger travellers, party youth, young couples and groups of friends. I would wish my holiday would last longer in this place.

Hotel has quite thin walls, no sound isolation, therefore your good sleep depends also on your neighbors. 2 out of 7 nights there were quite a loud neighbors partying throughout the night until the morning, and I could hear them speaking in the next apartment and laughing as if it was in the next room. Active noise cancelling equipment or earbuds are advised for a better sleep experience. Apart from that everything was great.

This nice hotel speaks for itself. The staff is amazing, they upgraded our room to ocean view. There is also a nice little spa (2 saunas and a whirlpool) for the cold days, which was included in the price (1 visit). The beach in front is clean, but we didn't swim. The pool was warm enough though. The best thing is that this hotel is close to San Antoni, walking distance (also close to some nice clubbing options) but still far enough to have some peace and quiet. The kitchen was equipped decently enough for cooking. What we also recommend is a great taxi service from the hotel! From the airport, you can also use bus no 9 which stops 3 minutes away on foot. We'll be back, thanks to Roberto and his staff!

We really liked the staff where the main pool is at sky bar, it was our friends birthday and they accommodated him with free beer and a bottle of prosecco or champagne. The comfort near the pool with the beds are unreal, most places you’d have to pay extra to lie and relax on them but it was all included in the affordable price. We also got an upgrade which we really were grateful for, room was super spacious and clean and we even had two balcony’s. Lovely view very good hotel!

My room and my friends room at the end of the trip got charged on our card 30 euro, my friends reason was there was coffee on a towel, insane reason to charge 30 euro this is scandalous and should be looked at, also when we arrived, there were guards there to make sure there was no trouble with lads who didn’t get their 200 deposit back and had extra fees to be paid, the fridge is packed with goods but no sign to let you know they aren’t free, we are wise enough to know but some won’t be, I think it’s very sneaky by the hotel

The rooms are very spacious, with large fridge with built-in freezer shelf, toaster, pans and plates etc. The downstairs (free) spa is great - a large jacuzzi, large steam and large sauna. The pool is nice, with ocean view, and the sun lougers are wonderfully soft double-beds. The staff are wonderful! Alex, George and Roberto were amazing and seemed to genuinely care that we had a lovely time. The fact that it's LGBT+ means that the "lads lads lads" crowd are nowhere to be seen!

Parking under the hotel is a bit pricey.
