The bar staff were so friendly, drinks were delicious. The breakfast was good (coffee not the best) but lots of choice and options. The pool area was clean and loved the aesthetic. The music around the pool made it a really nice vibe. Beds were comfy and rooms were pretty!

The reception staff were a little cold and not so welcoming. They said the bar closed at 7pm despite the sign in the room saying its 8pm and us having drinks up until 8pm the previous day, with not much open in April it was a little disapppointing. The TV couldn't connect to the wifi and couldn't get the marshall speaker to work. More wardrobe space/drawers would be helpful.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for my hen and there were lots of other hen groups there too. The decor is stunning and the rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. They did an all you can eat buffet breakfast for €18 which was really nice. The drinks and food a few of us ordered throughout the day by the pool were really nice too. Amazing stay!

Nothing really, it's about 10 minutes away from the main strip in a taxi which suited us fine. The only thing I would say is there is a slight gap between the curtains where they didn't quite come together all the way. We easily fixed this by using a hair clip to get them to close all the way but it would have bothered me truing to sleep if we hadn't thought of this.

Reception staff let the place down slightly as they were quite rude at times and unhelpful Took too long to resolve issues and had to continue complaining before anything done, also made promises they did not keep and rude when asked about them. We were given a double bed when we requested twins months before & very smelly room ( that made you want to be sick) with known drains issues and mislead initially as being selected as having a room size “upgrade” but staff knew about the issues all along and then stuck without a room for most of the day to wait for a new one with no complimentary offer for inconvenience

All The Bar/Pool/Restaurant staff were fantastic and a real credit to this property! Angel was stand out for us and so personable and helpful made our holiday but all the bar staff were also so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Real relaxed pool vibes and with DJ throughout the day. Food and drinks good- cocktails nice and strong but tasty Other hotel facilities closed on our visit for time of year Our second room change was perfect and really nicely placed in the hotel ground floor pool view -large balcony patio and sun trap

The decor, the art books and gallery space and the chill vibes are wonderful. The staff were incredible; I fell really sick and they were able to help me get a doctor to the hotel and eventually get me to hospital in an ambulance. They called after check out just to see if I was ok. Really good experience inspite of being so ill.

The bathroom in my room had the most awful smell. Stunk out the whole room. The plumbing would activate noisily when neighbouring rooms used their own toilets, which kept waking me up in the night. If it wasn’t for the stink, the room would have been perfect.

The style of the hotel, both room and pool area, is very colourful and fun. The bar service in the pool area was good and the room was very comfortable. The location is very convenient, near a supermarket and short taxi to San Antonio. The whole vibe is eclectic & energetic, you can feel that people are there to have fun and it rubs off on you.

There was a bar area in the hotel lobby but this was often not staffed. The reception often only had one person there and there was sometimes a queue to ask questions. When our room was cleaned the free water bottles were not replenished, I'm not sure if this is standard practice at the hotel or just forgotten. Because of the vibe I'd recommend wearing earplugs to sleep, you never know when music will start playing.

The hotel is nicely designed with fresh colors. It has all the facilities. Location is good with cafes & restaurants all in a walking distance. The staff are very friendly especially Bruno and they accommodated all our requests. The breakfast was good . The swimming pool was clean & had music on & dj who added chilled vibes .

The property is well centered in San Antonio Bay while San Antonio Bay itself needs to use taxis in case you want to go to Ibiza Town or San Antonio down town. The taxi would cost between 30-40 euros per way. This has nothing to do with the hotel.

Lovely modern hotel, our suite was huge and a lovely comfy bed. Loved the products in the bathroom. Great size fridge to store your own drinks as well as a mini bar. Nice breakfast with a quality selection of food. Pool area was clean and comfy Sunbeds. Good DJ on in the afternoon around the pool. Staff nice and friendly and a good atmosphere in the hotel

The hotel is nice and definitely peculiar with the popping colors. It looks brand new, and it’s fun for a group of friends

We were in 3 and the extra bed was really a sofa without a proper mattress and it was very hard. We asked to make it better but the topper they put in was basically a duvet and didn’t help much. I wish the people at the reception were a bit more friendly when we asked information or help.

This hotel is beautiful, we had a suite for 4 girls and it's perfect for getting ready. The pool is the perfect vibe for a girls' weekend, and the staff are fabulous 👌

Luckily, my friend came down early every morning to get sunbed. However, on Sunday, quite a few were reserved for none guests, and so guests couldn't get a bed.I dread to think what summer will be like...people just came to take photos!

The lighting in the rooms is not great for putting make up on. Pink strip lights are too bright yet somehow ineffective. It’s all a bit style over function. The bar stools in our room didn’t fit properly under the high counter table. Very tight bathroom. Would have expected a junior suite to feel more spacious. At various times we asked for water which should have been in room on arrival but it never came. Nor did extra coffee cups, capsules or towels.
