Great location to the Jamaica beach, everything you need was not far away, taxi to San Antonio was only 8/9 euros. Staff very helpful at all times. Enjoyed my stay, not a party hotel. I found it quite peaceful. Bed was really comfortable and rooms a good size. Bali beds can be used but you have to ask and pay a refundable deposit.

Breakfast was the weak point, it was not great, small selection and was empty a few times! If you like fruit pastries that’s good as there was a good selection. They had one tiny coffee machine and it always had people waiting. Highly recommend they improve this and gain at least one more as it was ridiculous for a large hotel. I still would not let this put you off booking this hotel as it was brilliant other than the breakfast. You can get a nice real English breakfast if you turn left out on the Main Street (opposite plastiks) for about 7 euros with a tea/coffee or juice.

The hotel is spotless. Breakfast is a bit messy but only as it's so busy. Lots of good sun loungers. Our room was fantastic, sea and pool view and the sun on our balcony from 4pm. We really loved it! There is a beach bar called Kumarahs only 15 minutes walk to the left which was incredible to watch the sunset from. This is an absolute must do!

Please note this hotel is NOT in San Antonio, it is in a town called Sant Josep de se Talaia. It's approx an hours walk to the main San Antonio strip area. Whilst there are bars, restaurants and shops in this area, most were closed until early May . There was a problem with the shower in our room. The temperature fluctuated from regular to scalding hot which was really dangerous. I spoke to reception about this twice but it seems there had been a water "cut" and the engineers were struggling to regulate the temperature. Whilst we had no water at all for some time, we were not offered water by reception to brush our teeth or make a drink in our room.

Excellent, we used this hotel as almost a budget hotel as the price was very good and we was very surprised. Other negative reviews don’t help. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff were very welcoming indeed, the food and choice was good we had breakfast included. I’d say the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable but not like 4/5star modern. But very good. The views behind the pool are half built buildings but that could happen anywhere and doesn’t take anything away from the hotel in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would return. The staff are fantastic

I was met by a host called Juan, who was very friendly and kind. He had great service on arrival and gave tasty complimentary sweets before guiding me to my room :-) Juan then minded my two suitcases for me and kept them safe all day whilst I had to check into my other apartment. When I came back he carried my heavy suitcases to my taxi for me (thank you so much again) Very kind staff and lovely man, the hotel is also very clean and breakfast is included which is lovely. Thank you Juan and hotel staff for a lovely stay and always nice to meet kind and friendly people x

This is more like a service apartment, many facilities are not available 24 hrs. Room was not like advertised pics. Worn out linen, blankets and woodwork (but clean) In spite of credit card deposit they charge additional deposit for safe keys and iron. Not a good choice if you are an island visitor for a short trip.

Staff always friendly and helpful, we have stayed before so like the area.

The breakfast could improve me and hubby both love eggs unfortunately the eggs very overcooked and dry but other food options also amazing cafe up the road does delicious breakfast. Coffee machine made terrible coffee which was needed. The sun loungers are uncomfortable so paid additional money to use the day beds shame they are charging for these.

Good hotel with nice and helpful staff. Very clean all around the hotel and rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. Good quality for the price, as compared with hotels around. Great location if you are looking for somewhere a bit quieter. Cala Pinet is the nearest beach, within max 5 min distance from the hotel. San Antonio is within 40-45 min walking distance, or a 15 min taxi drive, that would cost between €8-12. We traveled by taxi to Ibiza, to Hard Rock Hotel and it was a 30 minutes ride for almost €40. Would recommend for a good price and a good quality for that price.

We had a little issue with the hot water but they solved it the next day.

reception staff were really friendly and helpful. enough sun loungers around the pool. beds comfy. nice and quiet area but could get taxis easily to go out.good sized room and big balcony with sea view. bag storage if flight later. blackout curtains in room.

bar staff extremely slow and rude. not enough chairs for 4 people to sit on the balcony. no where to store 4 people’s worth of clothes, wardrobe didn’t have enough hangers and would have been good to have shelves. shower was temperamental for heat. tap in toilet by pool didn’t work.

The swimming pool.

The room was not cleaned properly. We did have ants in our room. Noise levels were very high. Breakfast was limited in terms of choices. Very basic. Also, not the best view you had to stare at a building site and blocking the sea view.
