Location is fab, have been coming to this area for the last 20 years and stayed in this hotel many times. Seen a lot of changes, rooms are lovely and bright with great views either mountain or sea. Swimming pool great size although noticed the smaller pool is now a children’s paddling pool. Staff very helpful and informative. Entertainment is good and facilities are good with the sports area across the road.

Although the chefs obviously try their hardest the food is not great. While there seems to be a lot of choice it is basically the same every mealtime with the odd difference thrown in now and again. Food items ran out and were not replaced, the food wasn’t very hot and the amount of different choices have changed and a lot of choices were missing e.g although there was fruit it was always melon, pineapple, grapefruit, tinned fruit, oranges occasionally plums or bananas. No grapes, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries. Biscuits to have with your cheese or in fact any blue cheese or Stilton.

The view from the room was fantastic. Food in restaurant and drinks were good. Daytime and evening entertainment was incredible. Powerful shower and hairdryer.

Having a kettle in the room but no coffee/tea or milk. The pool side food was not covered and the flies constantly flying on the food we couldn't eat it. The all inclusive drinks finished an hour before the end of the night which cost more money but this was not communicated on arrival. How quiet some of the guests wanted the hotel to be including the entertainment in the evening.

Great location, rooms Clean ans comfortable and the staff are fantastic big shout out to Nacho and Tiago from the entertainment and activities team who are just brilliant and not forgetting the lovely Andrea at the sports bar who always has a smile and chat. We love you

The only fault I can make is that a couple of the group are lactose free and whilst there was oat and soya milk there where no lactose free yogurts or desserts

Not far from the airport. Beautiful pool/seaside view. The staff were very helpful and assisted with booking excursions. The room was comfortable and equipped with a mini fridge and AC. Parking is free. The breakfast was good. I didn't get to take advantage of the pool, but it looked great and I definitely would've if I'd spent more time on the premises.

The bed sheets were not soft, this was not an issue, but would definitely be an improvement. The breakfast ran out of Nutella for two days. This was listed as an adults only hotel, but there were many children. The children were not an issue, but unexpected.

We had an all inclusive stay, the meals were really good and plenty of options in Breakfast, lunch and dinner. the Pool was really great, and the place is really comfortable

I would say, it would be great having a pool table or tennis table. and regarding the all inclusive drinks, they are not the best, the drinks for AI looks be done in one way and for those who pay for drinks they are different. But despite that, all were very good.

Staff very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The rooms are good size, modern, clean all with a balcony. The pool and area around it is very nice. The food both breakfast and evening meal were excellent with a good buffet and some fresh cooked options too and the price for the evening meal very reasonable.

Nothing really. I mean I suppose if you want lots of bars/resturants in walking distance S'Algar might not be the place for you but I liked the peace and quite of it.

I had an incredible experience during my stay. The conditions were excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. Lot of activities. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The dinner buffet could have had more variety, but the food was still good.

Good rooms, more on the basic side but clean and functional. Staff were good and responsive.

The lobby area and restaurant need to be much cooler with air con running. I have a young child and my sister travelled with a baby and apart from the bedrooms there were few cool areas to sit with the kids.

We were invited to check in early. All the staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, especially Silvia, nothing was too much trouble. The all inclusive was good , food, drinks and staff very good. The entertainment was hit and miss but the entertainment reps Danny and a lovely Dutch girl, I think her name was Pulin were excellent, not only were they good at getting people involved they took time to speak to you on a one to one. Thanks to all the staff for making our weeks stay enjoyable.

There wasn't much outside the Hotel complex, although a very beautiful area we could only find one restaurant/ bar and a supermarket in a small square about 15mins walk. The hotel do lay on a courtesy bus to Mahon and Punta Prima but if you want to explore the islands lovely beaches.We would advise hiring a car.

Didn't ultimately get to stay in this property as it hadn't opened for the season yet (low occupancy). However, was transferred to a sister hotel - Alua Soul Menorca - which was just down the road and absolutely superb. Stunning location, beautiful room and great food in the hotel. Would love to stay again. We had a rental car and it was easy to park in the car park behind the Alua Illa de Menorca.
