Location was good, nice surroundings. Plenty of sun beds and choice of pools. Staff helpful very hardworking and excellent activity team who were really engaging (good entertainment). Rooms were clean and towels changed daily. Food - plenty of choice and themed nights. I liked the outside pizza and pasta station which was freshly cooked to order.

Food - some basic items were often Luke warm (breakfast; bacon, beans - lunch; chips nuggets, dinner; chips vegetables). Room not sound proof, you could hear talking and movement from adjacent rooms and those above. Room needed some maintenance. Shower would splash into main bathroom so always needed a mat/towel down - some black mould in the silicon around the shower tray and some rust on toilet seat fittings, however the bathroom and room was cleaned daily. Flies -sadly there were so many flies around the hotel and in the restaurant which was very annoying, I have never experienced anything like it. However it appears to be a problem on the whole of the island when reading other reviews of hotels and not limited to this resort.

Food selection was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Entertainment was much better than expected Courtesy shower/ changing room when checking out late.

Our room 1206 was smaller than expected though it did have a pool view. The main issue was the position of the TV on a wall bracket which had to be carefully avoided due to tight space between wall and bed

Loved the 5 swimming pools and the availability of sunbeds etc. Staff always polite.

the breakfast arrangement was haphazard . The food id spread across large room and is poorly coordinated. For instance bacon and eggs are in one part of the room and sausages and beans on the other side. This means that lots of people are crisscrossing the whole room to try and get the breakfast.

Everything was so professional from the reception staff to the leisure team,the restaurant staff and the cleaning team. Everyone played their part in making this an excellent holiday destination. The bar was very efficient with very friendly staff with lots of space to chill out The restaurant provided a very good quality and varied food for all tastes.

The cocktails in the bar were a bit hit and miss,the first couple of days they were individually made but after that they were poured straight from a container and weren't very nice. The hotel use like golf buggy vehicles to service the laundry supplies to each block but these emit a sound when being reversed not unlike a fire alarm which can be very annoying, especially early in the morning. I know it is a health and safety thing but perhaps the volume could be brought down

Reception staff we very friendly and helpful. Location is only about 15 to 20 mins to airport. Cost us about 15 euro in taxi. Food was good value for money, breakfast, lunch, dinner lots of options. Air con in room was good in the July heat. Hotel was kept very clean. Its a short walk to beach. You can keep all inclusive band after checking out at 12pm which was handy as our flight home was later that night.

All inclusive drinks were not as good as we used to. No cava included, which we found strange for Spain. Bar is extremely strict on times. We couldn't even get a bottle of water at exactly 12 pm. There's no water provided in rooms, so make sure you take some bottles from the bar before it closes at night. The room itself was fine, but dont expect much from a view. Our room was 5103 and had zero views. While the beach is close, nice and sandy with bars and shops, there are other more beautiful beaches on the island. We rented a car and within 10 mins drive there are amazing calas. The island itself is small so a few days in a car you will see lots! Car rental is 2 mins from hotel.

Location was perfect! 2 min walk from the beach and restaurants. Although the choice of food at the hotel restaurant was pretty amazing! All the staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ignore the comments about them not being. The staff couldn’t be anymore helpful! The family room was ideal. It was big, 2 bathrooms, dividing doors. Perfect!

Benign on the 3rd floor we didn’t have a balcony that we could look over. We had a balcony, but it was a wall but railings so when sat down it wasn’t much of a view. Next time I’d request a lower room, pool view. There will be a next time ! Can’t wait to return :)

A modern hotel near the beach, a 20-minute drive from the capital, Mahon. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, and the entire property is well-maintained and clean. Delicious meals are included in the all-inclusive package. Shops and car rentals are nearby... I highly recommend it!

Location was great, very close to the beach. The hotel had smaller, quieter grounds next door that we used. Lots of sunbeds but very few people....perfect. The food was lovely, plenty of choices.

People putting towels on sunbeds by the main pool area and then not using them all day. Toiletries were included- shampoo, conditioner and hand-wash but no shower gel or body wash.

Everything excellent. Very good place. 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. Huge parking . Food amazing, staff friendly and professional, thanks Javier who helped us a lot in any queries. SPA really good! We loved this hotel! Thanks everyone who made our holiday special!

No complaints at all

Everything was lovely, staff were very helpful, great variety at meal times. The view from our room was incredible and located close to the beach. Bus route into Mahon a few steps away from the hotel. Overall we had a lovely stay here and I would book here again.

This is nit picking here but the only thing that would have been nice is the option to use a lilo in the pool.
