The hotel is well situated in the business district, with ready access to bars and restaurants in the evenings. Staff are helpful, and deal promptly with requests at reception. Their English is very good but they were also willing to work with me in my rudimentary Spanish. It's also handy for the underground system.

The building is getting a little tired and could benefit from some attention. Decor in the lobby is becoming shabby, and my room had areas where the wallpaper had separated from the walls. The mini-bar fridge is empty (which is fine - the mini-bar is not currently a thing in the hotel) and switches off every time you remove your room key from the holder behind the door. I can understand that being the circuit for the lights and air conditioning, but the fridge? It could also benefit from the addition of a kettle.

It's a great place to stay in Madrid; it's quiet and comfortable. It is modern and has a friendly design. My room was spacious, elegant and very clean. Staff members were very supportive and friendly. The breakfast area was quiet and inviting; the breakfast buffet had a reasonable variety of foods. The hotel does not have a restaurant but is in a nice, quiet area, close to several bars and cafeterias. It is outside the city centre but is close to the metro station and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in Madrid.

Everything was perfect.

A nice enough budget hotel, reasonably priced, for business travellers. The staff were excellent. Parking is available (at a price) but it's easy to park on the street. There are some very good restaurants close by. I would highly recommend the Galician one we found. Sorry, I can't remember the name. I would stay here again providing there is no increase in price.

Quite a lot of noise from the neighbouring room, especially from the bathroom at shower time! Breakfast options are quite limited, but ok. I think I can speak for many to say that the chairs used in the restaurant are most uncomfortable. I observed others who were also struggling in vain to find a comfortable position.

The staff is very friendly. Flexible check-in. If your room is ready upon your arrival, they can check you in earlier. Place is located 10 mins from the airport and 5 mins from the very big shopping outlet. Supermarket is a few mins walking from the hotel.

All is good for the short stay

The price and location were good for what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were clean. Easy to find parking on the street.

The air-conditiong was not good at all. I had to sleep with a wet towel over me to be comfortable. The 2nd and 3rd night were better.

Overall cleanliness of the room, quiet place. Close to the metro to the center of Madrid. Possibility to have coffee only.

We had booked a double bed, it was not available. Only two single beds. Quite expensive breakfast

Great location outside the centre of Madrid. Easy metro and train access. Clean, very obliging and pleasant staff. Good breakfast available.

I knew the hotel from previous occasions. Even if out of Madrid, it is easy to get in Madrid by metro. Station it is only 300 mts Close to the hotel few restaurants also.

Only negative comment fridge in room not working. Required to keep some medicine cool.

Location, cleaness, room

No minibar in the fridge or possibility to buy snacks or something similar, if needed. Instant Coffee in the rooms would be great
