I was very happy with the free upgrade to the most incredible room with cute little garden, outdoor patio & seating, huge bathtub and outdoor shower. The room was huge, bed comfortable and so nice to wake up to the birds chirping and total peach and quiet. The outdoor gym, pool area and spa facilities were top notch.

I loved everything - the only thing I would say needs improving is the service at the pool and restaurant was not 5 star at all. Would expect more. Also the restaurant menu is very meat heavy - not great for vegetarians.

We loved the staff (all very friendly and can’t do enough for you), the rooms are very generous and clean, beds are super comfortable, the location is excellent / it’s very easy to get taxis, and we really enjoyed the food (although we ate out most evenings). Xereca really is a beautifully tranquil spot very close to all the action of Ibiza. This was our second visit (6 years apart) and we left with the same impression both times. We have our eye on it for my husband’s 50th next year!

Stunning hotel and grounds. It felt more like a wellness retreat than a hotel and was extremely peaceful. All food we had was absolutely gorgeous. Hats off to the chef. Staff were very helpful at the pool area.

We had some issues with miss communication where we were charged €35 euros for unlimited breakfast for 1, when we was told it would be €17.50 each if we both wanted it however I had a la carte. This was denied afterwards. We paid anyway to save the hassle. Just worth the mention as we wouldn't of had it knowing it was €35 which is more than any of the main meals. There was a few meetings to discuss an upcoming wedding which was extremely disturbing with people speaking very loud and standing right by you whilst trying to read at the pool.

the location, pool, room, facilities and staff were great. Front desk staff were especially accommodating and helpful when booking cabs.

the breakfast seemed very overpriced for what it was. My husband has food allergies and couldn't really eat much from the breakfast menu so we paid 70e for both of us to eat not a lot. I didn't love that our bathroom looked out onto a field with a bunch of storage and chairs on it considering what we were paying.

The most beautiful hotel! Everything was superb, the staff were so friendly and attentive, the grounds were stunning and the room was so luxurious. The food was lovely and really good quality. The hotel is really close to the old town. We could whatsapp reception for anything we needed, which was really helpful. I'd definitely stay again, it's a little bit of tranquility in the heart of Ibiza. We didn't want to come home!

Nice rooms, massive comfy beds, excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff. It was the perfect setting not too far away from the centre of Ibiza town but still felt rural and authentic. Lots of green open outdoor space. Would definitely recommend despite the things we didn't like about the spa.

Spa treatments are done outdoors - whilst this may provide a tranquil setting it doesn't prevent the mosquitos from getting to you. There is also a lack of privacy as the massage beds are only separated by a panel with the jacuzzi on the other side so you can hear other guests, furthermore people from the open air gym just opposite can see through the thin sheets

I loved this place. My favourite place to stay. Service is great. Friendly staff. Beautiful setting. Feels spacious and escapist.. Love the grove trees. The little birds flying around. And the peace. Was nice and peaceful in early May. And decent weather. Not many hotels I'd go back to (if any), but perhaps this one i'll return to. Easy 20 min walk to Ibiza Old Town - make sure you use the carriage way crossing and not get nearly killed running over the rounabout like the locals! Sauna, hottub and gym open air in the tress was lovely too. Fab place.

Breakfast was a little bit pricey at 32 euros pp but not a big issue. Food menu a little bit limited but plenty of choice in Town. If you like a vibrant atmosphere it might not be for you. It's super calm and quiet. Perfect for me and stress!

What a wonderful place to relax! We were spoiled with a beautiful romantic garden with palm and orange trees, a very nice pool area and an outdoor gym with sauna and whirlpool, great breakfast and delicious dinner. And last but not least: An excellent service by staff that treats you like family. Besides all amazing employees, we fell in love with Mariella who is a true sunshine and always happy to help and we really appreciated being taken care of by most friendly and professional Marion.

Due to the modern architecture of the room, the bathroom does not offer a lot of privacy.

Great location, beautiful hotel but the biggest negative is the lack of staff around the pool. Could maybe offer more daytime food options during the day. This is our second stay and I will be returning 👌🏼👌🏼❤️

Very quite and peaceful place, friendly staff, which were always reachable via WhatsApp. I travelled alone, however I felt always safe in the hotel.

I stayed for 7 days and I would recommend them to change their playlist. There is always the same music coming; love-dovey and suffering out of love music. At some point I avoided to be at the pool, as I could not listen to it anymore.
