All facilities are as expected for a brand like Nobu - exceptional! The pool area and subbed area was actively monitored, breakfast had a great selection, and room was delightful. The spa was a special treat but definitely recommended. All staff in all areas were consistently friendly and ready to help in any way, it was hard to lift a finger to do anything for yourself! We stayed here as part of a retreat package with Ibiza Hike Station and this was an add on night. Even though this booking was a lower standard room than our package, Nobu kindly gifted us the upgrade which allowed us to complete our visit without the hassle of transferring rooms. This is the epitome of service!

I like everything about it - I stay every year with my young daughter. Kids club amazing as usual, and this trip all the staff at Chamboa went above and beyond. Breakfasts are amazing and change just a little each day which is rare to find and so appreciated. Honestly they all go above and beyond and remember regular guests by name. I have very high standards in hotel and service and it always meets them or if there is any issue they are receptive and solution orientated.

Nothing - all was faultless which is a high credit coming from me ;-)

the dinner menu was good but could have had more vegetarian options too. Hotel had a nice vibe and staff were friendly.

The access to the beach was not great and the beach itself in front of the hotel was a not great. Had loads of seaweed on the banks, not very inviting. Smell of fish when you walk into the hotel as it’s on the fishing side I assume. Could have had more evening entertainment or DJ to make it more lively

We thought the hotel was stunning and the location was great.

We were a both taken aback when we were told if we wanted to sit around the pool there was a 250 euro minimum spend, a bit disgusting when you think how much it cost to stay at the hotel that you then have a minimum spend to sit by the pool area!! Also the service around the pool/beach area could have been much better, it felt that there was a lack of staff for the outside areas.

Stunning hotel, lovely pools, great poolside service, breakfast and ofcourse the Nobu restaurant. We had a lovely stay and the staff were great! The vibe was really welcoming, buzzing yet calm. The location is very close to the party side of Ibiza and super easy to get around via Uber.

As we were the very first guests for the season opening, the hotel had a few teething issues with their cleaning. Our balcony where we had a dinner the previous evening wasn't cleaned until the day after which was strange. The gym was under renovation too but they were kind enough to organise us to go to a nearby gym in their car, all on them. That was nice of them to do.

Design decor and layout were excellent, super comfortable. The staff were outstanding nothing was too much trouble , the welcome from Sébastien was genuine and made us feel instantly at home. Had fabulous ground floor suite with plunge pool , superb but think next time a high floor suite to take in the spectacular view .

Minor points , think a bit more chill out music and reduce the drum and bass at times of day . Think the poolside beds should be charged at lesser price for hotel guests .

bad smell of rotten algues from the beach all the time i wonder why they dont clean the beach part. i know that a public one but a farmer could do the job for just a few euros

Pools are good. Separated between adults and kids pool. The room was comfortable but air con was a bit temperamental. However, the hotel was accommodating and made good on the hit and miss air con, getting it fixed and taking us for lunch. The concierge were good, helpful and were organised and the Duty Manager Javier was excellent. He listened and was excellent in sorting issues sort and seemed like he cared.

The menu by the pool for breakfast could have been a bit more expansive. Shame that the stretch of beach they have is protected by the Government and the seaweed can't be moved due to marine wildlife.

nice atmosphere, compact place, everything you need

actually everything was nice but in comparison to other hotels it is a little bit over priced. I would assess it as a 700 Euro per Night Place, not a 1100 Euro.

We loved our 3 night stay at the nobu. The staff were absolutely fantastic, particularly Macarena on the front reception desk and the great guy in charge of the sunbeds at the family pool. The decor and style is chic, views of the sea beautiful and the location great for exploring Ibiza Town and that location of Ibiza. We were moved into an absolutely fantastic room after being put in a noisy suite by the road which we would have been very unimpressed with considering our booking cost was nearly 9k for 3 days without breakfast. Thank you so much for improving our stay a million percent! The champagne for my birthday was also such a lovely gesture. The kids club staff were absolutely fab, as was our excellent waiter at our dinner in Nobu. The guys outside at the front were also super helpful and fantastic. Sorry for not getting anyone’s names! You were all super brilliant.

Rooms (the suite and the deluxe we had been given prior to moving) not very well appointed - strange thin shape which felt quite claustrophobic. The gym wasn’t very well equipped compared to other 5 star properties we’ve stayed in. Only one running machine working also for the duration of our stay. Felt the various live music acts around the family pool was a bit intrusive - would have preferred some chilled (in the background) cafe del mar type of dance music or house music but that’s just our personal taste!
