I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable — warm, professional, and always attentive to every detail. Great pool and villas for allocating the rooms

the room size announced is not true. they sell 25 sqm and you find 14 sqm Our room didn’t have phone working , amenities or towels the first day, the team catch up later on

It’s absolutely stunning the vibes are calm and chill music by the pool is so so good, let’s you relax but just enjoy the vibes of the beautiful location. The staff are absolutely fantastic and by far best on the island. They are all so so happy to help and also chat and can recommend things. The new management and ownership have blown me away. So sad to leave but know I’ll be back as soon as possible. The rooms, the food and everything is absolutely spotless clean. Best hotel on the island 🏝️ Then you can head to Pacha the sound system is beyond and best DJs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel had a great Ibiza feel and most of the staff were lovely. Good vibes all round. It's pretty expensive but you do seem to Nearly get a 5 star experience.

I think the concept of hotel guests not being able to put stuff on their rooms without credit is untrusting and cold. We were unable to leave the pool to go to our room for 30 mins without paying the bill. No US hotels do this. It's almost like we're are deemed untrustworthy and branded as potential thieves, very unsettling. Also at the end to be asked to pay 10% service charge in front of staff for hotel stay seems crazy. I paid over 5000 euros so to be expected to pay a 500 euro tip is excessive.

Property has been finished to a high level. Super comfortable rooms and the vibe around the hotel and pool is amazing. The staff are super helpful and make you feel like you are a priority. Like checking in and offered drinks on arrival is a lovely, relaxing touch. Food and drinks are pricey but really high quality. They surprised my partner with birthday treats which was an excellent bonus! I really loved the hotel and will definitely go back!

There were a few things I think could have been better, but I put it down to teething problems as only opened. A lot of things weren’t explained at check-in, such as how to reserve beds. The fact that certain beds can be given to day pass clients, rather than keeping all the single beds for guests of the hotel, I think would work better. I didn’t like being asked to pay for a service charge when checking in, it felt slightly awkward and presumptuous. And there were a few minor things when cleaning the room that didn’t happen, but were minor like the mirrors not being cleaned, or some milk not being replaced for the coffee. All minor in my opinion.

The staff were amazing! Super friendly and welcoming team. The team really make this place worth staying in. A nice secluded hotel away from the city but requires taxi or car to get around and sight see. Hotel makes it very easy to get a taxi right outside. That was very useful. The Five branded products in the bathroom are amazing! Very good quality. Loved the cans of drinking water provided. Good quality Alpine water from Austria.

Bathrooms/shower in the standard rooms are very tight spaced with limited amenities. More in line with a 3/4 star hotel. Towels on both days had stains. Make up marks from previous use. Breakfast was nice but very basic compared to true five star properties. Price was extortionate for what was offered.

The stay was incredible. The hotel has just finished renovations and the rooms and shared areas (restaurants and pool ) are very beautiful. Most outstanding was the staff , especially the Front Office Manager - Goncalo Correia , who went out of his way to ensure that our stay was perfect in every single matter. He was extremely accommodating and helpful to our many needs including helping us bring and find last minute accommodations to an additional 5-6 friends who wanted to move to this hotel after they heard all the good things about it from us. His team was helpful and kind and supportive for things we needed as well. We even moved to the suite for the second half of our stay and it was large and fantastic :) highly recommended . One of our best hotel stays in the world, and we travel a lot. We will certainly be back next time !

Nice renovated hotel, few things has to be done, but overall nice experience. Location of the hotel is very good, with nice views and minutes from Ibiza town. Staff is very friendly nice and helpful. Rooms are nice and very modern furnished. Breakfast is good, quality of food is on high level, everyone can find something for themselves.

Service is good, but need attention to be really 5 star hotel (pool area, there is lack of staff). Attention to details, but if you take in consideration that hotel was opened few week ago, they are on right way to be on desired level.
