It’s not a new hotel but it’s been refurbished very nicely. I had a sea facing room and the view was amazing. The pool area is dated but comfy sun loungers and the pool was 2.5 meters deep which you don’t find much these days. Breakfast is excellent though the logistics are tight! Had a pedicure at the spa for my dinosaur feet and they did an amazing job. I stayed at 2 better hotels in Ibiza and this was better value for money! Staff have obviously all been there a while so they are all very friendly and helpful. Thanks again to the spa for my treatment.

Breakfast buffet too narrow!

It was my first visit of Ibiza and I was lucky to book this wonderful hotel. Very kind, helpful and professional team. My friend and I stayed in the room with sea view. We loved everything! Location was perfect and the prices are reasonable. The sea view was beautiful!! Room was great with all the facilities. Spacious bathroom and even cozy spa area downstairs. We always ordered Uber but it was mistake because to get the taxi from the hotel takes 5 minutes and costs 2 times less.

You really couldn’t get anywhere much more perfect. Close (ish) to Dalt Vila but not in the middle of the hussle and bussle. We still got taxis there as it’s a bit far to walk but I’m sure you could with some trainers on.. If you wander along the coast toward Dalt Vila there are loads of cute seafood restaurants etc. And it’s also a lovely walk along the waterfront just for fun. You could walk to a few of the super clubs from there if that’s what you’re into as some of them are in that direction out of town. The spa is nice in the winter, pool outside was cold but weather was still lovely and hot in September. Ibiza has so many nice walks!!! Google them before you go!! Make sure you get a sea view !!!!!

Outdoor and indoor pool, right by a small beach. Very peaceful and safe for young children. Comfortable rooms, great with a sea view balcony. Nice terrace bar/ restaurant. Very reasonably priced food and drink. Nice comfy and smart lounging areas. Staff very friendly

Indoor pool area could be made a little nicer - particularly the jacuzzi. Outdoor pool area seemed a bit dated, and shame the water was not slightly heated.

The hotel was really lovely, clean and modern. The staff were all friendly and really welcoming and attentive to us at all times. A real surprise was that we could swap our evening meal for lunch if we wanted to, we did this pretty much every day. We always ate late at around 3pm, lunch ended at 3.30 so expected the staff to be a little less helpful but not at all they were great. We had a late flight home so on the last day after check out we used the spa, it was a lovely way to freshen up before our flight home..... Well done all at hotel Simbad. The location is away from the busier side of the bay but there are several great little bar/restaurants on the doorstep, a supermarket is also just outside of the hotel.

The pool could do with a bit of TLC but I am being picky here and it wouldn't put me off staying here again.

The room with terras was comfortably big and had an amazing view on bay of Talamanca with sailboats and on the old city of Ibiza with the fortified walls and the cathedral. Also at night the Ibiza city lights make it a romantic view. The breakfast room and terras have that same amazing view. You can have breakfast outside. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of hot and cold food both typically spanish and more international. You can ask for eggs prepared the way you like. There is a walking boulevard along the sea just in front of the hotel. It's great for people watching both from your room and from the breakfast room. The hotel has a pool on the beachside. So also in the pool you have the amazing view.

The design of the hotel is a bit boring and functional. It's not really trendy or hip.

Beachside location, fantastic views and good breakfast. Lovely staff. Outside pool was nice to sit at though quite chilly to swim in (refreshing though!).

Lack of food options through the day/evening. No pizzas despite being on the menu so the only option is really the evening buffet. Probably would have been fine in the height of the season when there are more alternative restaurants nearby, but most were closed for the winter. Parking for us was fine but may be a problem in high season.

This property looks like it may have just been renovated, it’s beautiful. A/c was a nice touch. Its not too far from things and it’s also not real close. Nice to have a more quiet area if that’s what you’re looking for.

Staff is incredible! They left a little gift on my birthday which was a lovely surprise when I returned to my room. Bruno at the reception and the lovely housekeeping lady were always smiley and kind in every interaction. The bay view from the room is stunning and overall my stay was pleasant.

The toilet seats and grouting around the bathroom could do with an uplift. Otherwise all good.

Great value for money, extremely friendly Staff, great breakfast, daily housekeeping & very nice location.

The hotel is advertised as having 'parking at the hotel'. This is not entirely true as there are only a dozen parking spaces available for hotel guests, so expect to drive around the area looking for a free space once in a while.
