The staff were incredible, especially with our little 1 year old. The pools, food, facilities were also really good. Lots of day beds and cabanas to use during the day rather than just rows of sunbeds at normal hotels - also makes the hotel look really stylish. Sandpit around breakfast is really good for kids too, and they have loads of toys etc. for little ones to play with. Gym is decent for a hotel, but more than 2/3 people would make it very busy. Swim-up room was spacious and great for using while our child was asleep.

Location isn't perfect, but only 5-10 minutes walk from the beach. Could potentially have more kids options for food, but the menu is still good. I can imagine in peak season with bigger children it may get quite loud and busy.

Liked the two separate pool areas and the two separate dining. Nice quiet location and close to the sea Staff were very kind

We really enjoyed our stay but we think these things would take the hotel to the next level. -Staff at reception didn’t have enough knowledge of the local area like restaurant recommendations etc -don’t think the day menu for the restaurant was up to scratch, my view is get a better menu and chef. Also the serving staff in there were too slow and not good enough. - deck chairs by the adult pool need replacing - Gym needs seriously updating and to be bigger. Lots of people wanted to use it but not good enough.

We travelled with our 3.5 month old baby so were very nervous about how things would go. The staff at the hotel were the friendliest people and so welcoming. Especially with our baby. The service was effortless and seamless. Room service, massages, car hire organised with ease through a simple WhatsApp message. Breakfast was delicious as was much of the restaurants food. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the variety of pools and sunbeds just added to our experience. From the first welcome drink to our final farewell, we felt right at home.

This hotel feels like a charming boutique with a great swimming pool and a lovely rooftop area. The room was spacious, featuring a very comfortable, large bed and a small balcony. The internet connection was reliable throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with fresh orange juice and the option of coffee from a machine or a barista and real açai. Our flight was later in the day, so the hotel kindly stored our luggage at reception and allowed us to shower before heading to the airport. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, mainly due to understaffing, which affected the overall experience. On most days, plates weren’t cleared from the table, and certain food items weren’t replenished. A suggestion would be to offer barista training for the staff; the coffee is good, but it would be even better with improved technique. Additionally, the açaí was served melted—it would be much nicer if offered as a sorbet.

Wow, just wow, amazing place to totally relax. Its been our home away from home. Everything is excellent, from check-in, which is done one on one, to the room and the staff. Everyone is super helpfull and nothing is too much to ask. The rooms are so amazingly clean, and the housekeeping kept everything as clean during our stay. The beds are just heaven, it feels like sleeping on a cloud. The bathtub is big enough for two and the shower is very neat. There’s shampoo, conditioner and bodywash wich smells amazing. The lights in the room vary from soft warm light to more bright if you need it. The curtain make you black out the whole room, theres also in betweens for privacy during the day. There’s a small refrigerator available and the aircon works perfect! Also very nice that it shuts down automatically when opening the balcony door. The hotel provides beachtowels and you can ask for clean sheets and towels whenever you feel like it. The staff is just amazing, always welcoming us with a smile and always up for a chat. Breakfast could be a little more various, but it lived up to out expectations. The poolsides are very relaxing and chill, rooftop definitely a recommend. Though the water could have been more warm, and note that no pool is deeper than 1.40m. Oh and did i mention the roomservice? The food is amaazing! We loved everything very much and truly hope to see you very soon as we would love to come back!

If there would be something to point out, its that the water in every pool is very cold, it almost felt like an icebath. We did not make very much use of the pool because of this and went to the many beaches ibiza had to offer.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly!!! Honestly they couldn’t do enough for us and were so good with our 8 month old. The rooms were lovely and spacious and very clean!

The gym facilities are very poor. 2/3 of the running machines were broken with a dent on the running track which made them hard to use and probably even quite dangerous. 2 other machines were old and tired as well - a bike and cross trainer. Probably all needs replacing and air con improving I would suggest. I also found the pool area a little tired - lots of wires sticking out the sand and there weren’t umbrellas for all the beds which isn’t ideal with lots of children. They’re hard to move as well so a bit awkward to get over to your beanbag if you want one. Overall the pool is nice hit the area isn’t that big with lots of sand and steps which can be hard with pushchairs and young babies etc

The bed was slightly too hard for me. The breakfast set up wasn’t great. Some things placed in strange locations eg ketchup under the coffee machine. It was all a bit to spread out and you had to weave in and out of diners to get to different sections.

I didn't expect the hotel to be as beautiful as the pictures, but it truly was. The journey from the airport was easy, and upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly, checked us in, and gave us welcome drinks while we waited. We also got cards for more complimentary drinks the next day. The facilities and overall design of the hotel, with the sand and palm trees, were very nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable and I really really loved the soap provided. The views from the rooftop bar are literally breathtaking on a nice sunny summer day and the entire setting made me feel like I was in vacation mode, and I had such an amazing time with my friend that we didn’t even want to leave the hotel. The breakfast was great too, and on the day we checked out, we received a packed breakfast to go, which was a thoughtful touch.

My room was quite close to the main pool downstairs, where kids were allowed, so I occasionally heard them screaming and crying. However, the rooftop pool is adults-only, so that was a nice escape whenever the noise became too loud.

We were very happy with the hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. The gym was good enough. The room was very comfortable with smart tv. The rooftop was lovely. Not much to complain.

The gym amenities could use an upgrade. Two of the three treadmills did not work and some of the other equipment were outdated. The kettlebells were fantastic though and that‘s all I needed.

Our vacation at Nativo Hotel was amazing. The staff was incredible and helpful, meeting our every request promptly. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by your employee who made us feel amazing right from the start. She was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. Her exceptional service set the tone for a wonderful visit. The rooftop restaurant, with its delicious food and stunning city views, also featured a great pool. The waitress was also amazing. The main pools were excellent too, and we loved the free bike rentals for exploring. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. We also appreciated the option to check out later and use the hotel facilities until our departure for the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely come back again! Thank you so much for everything.
