The staff just went above and beyond we arrived early and went out the same morning and supplied info, umbrella for the beach just advice really. Location! Views! After party it was a great relaxing spot

The Staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet had a good choice of food. The whole Hotel was clean. The Hotel was a 5 minute walk to the Beach.

Unfortunately there were a couple of occasions where there wasn't a proper vegetarian meal.

We liked the view from the hotel and the personal - all of them were very kind and smiley. Breakfast and diner were tasty and with enough variety. Wine is not included in the buffet, but the price for the glass is fine. You can go for a really nice hiking from the hotel up to the hill. Overall the hotel was a good value for money at this time in Ibiza at the beginning of April.

Rooms and corridors really need renovation. Doors, carpets are very old and do not give a good impression. Also I highly recommend to clean windows in the dining area, they are extremely dirty and makes the whole view to seaside unpleasant. Sometimes there was lack of signs with names of dishes for dinner. The elevator was not working in the first day - the staff explained that this was the first working day of the hotel - still I think that you have 6 month to be prepared for the season opening. And last thing that I wrote several times that my husband has a birthday and the personal missed it. Still they left us a present afterwards in the room, but I am expecting in 4 star hotel to be more attentive.

Beautiful location easy accessible to Ibiza town via bus or taxi €25. Food excellent. Staff lovely. Drinks via all inclusive good, cava also available on AI. Hotel very clean and rooms cleaned on a daily basis. Free of charge safe.

Nacho entertainment staff brilliant so much fun but evening entertainment was not to our taste. I would say for an older clientele. Not a hotel for young adults I’d say definitely an over 60s clientele so if travelling with young adults not a hotel I’d recommend. No access to beautiful cove for swimming, recommend steps which would improve customer experience, but this has been suggested previously by others. No chilled drinks in fridge.

What a gem of a find. My friend and I wanted a quick getaway and chose this hotel. It was beautifully positioned set amongst a large Sandy bay with restaurants bars and shops around. Sadly we went in May so the majority of the restaurants weren’t open but the facilities within the hotel were enough for me and my friend for the few days we were there. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and we were really pleased with our room. We would definitely come back again.

Whilst our room was lovely, it did have a generator outside which made a noise 24 hours a day. It did not stop us sleeping and was a minor irritant and the hotel have acknowledged and will find ways of reducing the noise.

Everything was perfect- the food was out of this world and had plenty of choice. The staff all over the hotel were very hard workers and nothing was too much trouble. The location was fantastic with the hotel being in a cove which was lovely. Even if you weren’t all inclusive, there are a good choice of little bars and restaurants locally which were very popular. We had a great time.

Minor detail but only one of the lifts worked and were tiny and slow but were ok as long as you could get in! Our room was on the 5th floor so it was handy at times.

You can’t beat the views at this property. Some of the most stunning sea views I have ever seen! The view from our room was just magical. It’s so so peaceful in a quiet bay, perfect for a relaxed Ibiza trip. It’s also excellent food for an all inclusive buffet, we absolutely loved it and never wanted to miss it during our stay!

Nothing really. Some of the reviews complain it needs a renovation (it’s just the floors/carpet between the rooms in the corridors that are a bit old fashioned but the rooms themselves are lovely)

The different areas of sun beds, some overlooking the sea and those around the pool was good. The food on a half board basis was fantastic. Lots of choice, fresh and tasty. The sea view room is worth paying the extra for. The balcony was a good size.

The communal bar area was dated and some areas around the pool could do with some tlc. This didn’t affect the enjoyment of my stay. Old fashioned entertainment in the evening but you may like this.
