The location of the hotel is great, about 150 meters walk to a very nice and beautiful beach. The pools are nice and mostly clean. Very nice and attentive staff at the reception, bar and restaurant. Whatever issues or questions we had they were sorted pretty much immediately.The bar staff is always attentive and makes delightful cocktails. Special mention goes for brilliant Patricia, an amazing animator who provided great entertainment for children and adults such as kids club, face painting, aqua Zumba, mini disco followed by evening entertainment. My daughter absolutely loved every minute of it and had an amazing time there.Kids club and entertainment should have been more advertised by the hotel, especially at check- in so that guests are aware the hotel has this on offer. It's such a shame because due to the lack of advertising many kids simply miss out. The sea view from our apartment was amazing. Food was generally nice. They offered freshly baked croissants and other delicious bakery goods which were always fresh and tasty. Lunches and dinners were mostly good and tasty with some variety. Delicious ice cream was always on offer. On a few occasions they offered slices of watermelon but it should have been more often. Oranges, apples and bananas were provided daily. If you require a packed lunch (on Al inclusive option) the hotel is happy to provide guests with it. Generally it's only a 2 star hotel but I couldn't fault our stay in any way. I highly recommend this place to stay in especially with young children.

Food was a bit repetitive for breakfast. There was a lack of fresh vegetables such as cucumber or tomato on offer for breakfast, the only "vegetable" was baked beans. A bit sad considering it's full season and you would expect it would not be an issue to provide a few slices of fresh vegetables for breakfast. - cleaning of the hotel room not the greatest, happened only once during our 5 days stay. -The first room we stayed in had ants, but the reception changed our rooms after we complained.

Location was amazing, so central to S'illot and Sa coma. Fantastic large apartment with sea views. The apartment was quiet, had great air-conditioning and comfy beds. The bar staff especially Amin who was so helpful. The night entertainment was a bonus, ended by 12 so no hassle sleeping each night. Pools and splash area were very enjoyable and clean, plenty of loungers and shaded areas. I was pleasantly surprised of how great this complex is. I was not expecting much after reviewing the comments, however it's a 2 star complex and it is perfect for an enjoyable family holiday. The apartments were cleaned twice a week on a Tues and Fri, by request extra can be done. Two cleans are plenty over a week. We were all-inclusive we definitely got our monies worth with food and drink, plenty of it. Food is ok, you can eat as much as you like during meal times, there is plenty of choice each day. We weren't unwell after 10 days eating the food. It's not as bad as the comments make out.

Honestly I think it's unfair to give negative comments given the price we paid for the 10 nights. The food is reasonably ok, good choice, quality isn't fantastic and there's a microwave there for anything on the cold side so no complaints on that. You can eat as much as you like and the staff didn't seem to mind anyone taking extra for snacks. The kitchenette in the apartment isn't well equipped, however didn't bother us as we were all-inclusive. Would have liked a sweeping brush for sand. I brought my own sponge, washing up liquid and dish cloth from home. Again I wasn't expecting a 2 star to have these items.

The staff, swimming pools, the room were simple and clean. It's minutes away from S'illot beach, we preferred going to Sa come beach which is 12-15 min walk, with plenty of small mark that vary from food to clothes/ souvenirs. You have everything you need in that neighbourhood.

The food although don't get me wrong there were enough choices, the water is unlimited for dinner and for bfast also juices. The food was not tasty, there were only some things we liked... although it was not bad.. i guess we're not used to it and also the water is surely tao water and has a taste that we are not use to. Over all we ate still

The staff and customer service was great, my mattress wasn't comfy, requested a topper changed the mattress within the hour. Toilet seat dislodged, fixed within the hour. Food was good, always something to eat. The pastries were lovely. Microwave if you wanted it hotter, salad bar, choice of 4/5 mains, plenty of desserts. Rooms clean and modern. Would stay again.

No one at the bar to get a drink but if you asked the receptionist, he would get you one. Sun loungers were not amazing and could do with a cushion as the bar underneath dug in a little. No air con but as October, although weather was great at 28, managed with just the fan.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the bus station and the centre/beach. The dinner options were diverse and myself as a vegetarian had some options always available. The rooms were clean and had everything you need for a vacation except A/C. I also had some special requests during the stay and the staff was very kind to help with no extra charge.

The rooms look different than the pictures on the website. Looks like some rooms got renovated and unfortunately we got one of the older rooms. There is no A/C in the rooms, only a fan. It was hot but manageable. Many many screaming kids though, if you prefer peace on your vacation and during meals, maybe this is not the place for you. If you have a room facing the pool, there will be noise until midnight or so, but it wasn't too bothersome for us. The breakfast options were limited for vegetarians and everyday the same, no vegetables available. I also got a feeling from the restaurant that they might be understaffed.

Proximity to the beach. Used this as a central location on the East coast to explore the island. It was great value for money. Excellent breakfast every morning. Reception and cleaning staff were lovely and helpful. Even though the room was on the 1st floor overlooking the main entrance, it was quiet and perfect for quick access.

Only a ceiling fan to help cool the room but the sea breezes at night helped a lot, thankfully. There was limited parking around the hotel but I was lucky enough to always have a space when needed.Not really much to complain about.

We had breakfast and dinner, breakfast was the same, but dinner was always different and very tasty. The staff is friendly, the location is very good, the sea, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, Car rental, everything within minutes.Excellent price-quality ratio.

The only negative is the dirty floor in the room, even on the day of arrival.

The two swimming pools were amazing, ideal for a small budget trip! It was well located, we were able to go to all the east part pf the island by bus itself. We had amazing dinners over there with local food and international food as well. The staff were all very friendly and it was wonderful to hear a «  hola » everywhere in the hotel.

The stuffs in the room are a little bit old, but our stay was perfect!

Spacious two rooms balcony with sea view. The location is great everything is within walking distance, the pool is beautiful and comfortable.

It was unpleasant that the towels all had old stains, the lack of internet, the administration promised to fix it, but in 7 days they still haven’t done it, this really spoiled my plans for work.

Breakfast, there was a lot quite a good choice but not enough fresh fruit and all the cooked food was always cold. The room was very tired, but the hotel is upgrading the rooms and the ones we saw looked very nice. There was noise from adjacent rooms (which is not the hotels fault), this is the way the place was built. The pool area was very nice, the entertainment was not what we liked but others seemed to enjoy it. The hotel is very close to the main town beach which is a positive, but is far enough back to miss most of the noise both day and night.
