I thought the hotel was lovely and welcoming . The staff were super helpful and we actually enjoyed being a little way out from the city centre as it quiet and relaxing. Beds were comfortable the maid service was exceptional , the air conditioning worked and the room was clean comfortable.

The facilities within the room were more basic than we would have liked. Simple things like not enough plug sockets and in this day and age having sockets next to the bed is a must, but there were only 2 in The room and it meant unplugging the lamp and tv to be able to charge our phones. There was also no kettle which is difficult when you want a hot drink we kept finding we had to go and buy drinks when we would have preferred just a cup of tea or coffee.

The rooms were big, and the AC was a life saver for the Sevilla summer Heat. The beds were really comfy. The hotel has a good elevator. The staff is available 24/7

The location of the entrance to the hotel. You need to make a really long walk to reach it. The only machine for beverages requires to set up and account that took a really long time and you can only top up with set amounts, meaning that you will be leaving money in the account because the prices won't match the top up unless you buy more and calculate it right.

The accommodation is perfect for those who want to stay near the airport before a flight. You can be at the airport in ten minutes by car. The accommodation welcomed us with fully equipped, spacious rooms and very kind receptionists. Free street parking is possible in front of the hotel.

The rooms are non-smoking, but there was a terrible smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of parking spaces around the hotel, so we didn't have to use the paid hotel parking. There is a bus that goes directly to the city center from right outside the hotel.

During our stay, our towels were not always replaced even though we left them in the designated spot for replacement. The breakfasts were average quality and did not include any vegetables.

Staff was excellent and friendly. The room was very clean and pristine and inviting. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The only 2 complaints about the stay was that my pillow was too stiff and the elevator was slightly jolty, but that's not a huge deal at all! Great place to stay! Would love to go back and stay longer

Very competitive quality-price hotel, very close to the Seville airport. The staff is very kind and the overall quality is really good. Is a good place were to stay and the rooms are kept really clean and they also are silent. I raccomend this hotel for sure!

Maybe we were out of luck but at that time the bar restaurant was close but from the outside I could say it must have been good!

The room was spacious and very clean. There was hot water. The staff was so, so kind. We arrived 2:30 am and they greeted us with a huge smile! The location is perfect for an overnight from a long flight or before one! The hotel is a bit older and the rooms are basic, but the beds were super comfortable and we slept very, very good! Would book again next time☺️

Some demolition works in progress nearby making noise during the day. Not the hotels fault. No noise after 18.00

The rooms have marble floors so you can hear scraping of chairs in the rooms nearby, terrible t.v. connection. Far from the city centre (30-40 min. by bus). Even though you are only 5 min. from the airport, the taxi will charge a flat rate of 30 Euros. It is too complicated to take a bus from this hotel to the airport as you have to go back into the city to get the airport bus - not possible for an early flight.

We arrived late in Seville and this hotel was a short drive from the airport. We were able to book in quickly and the man on reception was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.
