Near to the airport. There was an adequate buffet-style restaurant serving supper and breakfast that was not too expensive and we could pay apart from the overnight reservation. Anything else would have needed a long walk or a short drive. The bed was comfortable.

Not at all easy to find even with Google Maps. The parking garage needs a sign! Reception staff seemed harassed and were not very helpful. Huge groups were checking in. The neighborhood is not very welcoming although there were restaurants and other night life not too far away. Street parking looked impossible. The room was a buff-coloured, featureless box.

The staff was super nice and friendly, e.g. they helped us figure out vegetarian options for dinner, which I much appreciated. A related suggestion would be to add vegetarian options to the restaurant.

It's nice you have the weighing scale out front for luggage, but one euro for each weighing is annoying, especially since we may not have coins, and may need to reweigh a few times as luggage is rearranged. Consider making it free - I doubt you bring in that much revenue from it, and your guests will appreciate the convenience.

Very nice hotel, room well furnished. Parking lot under the hotel with large parking spaces. Hotel staff kind, will explain everything. After checking in we used the hotel restaurant where we enjoyed an excellent meal. Tasty buffet breakfast was with a great choice of food.

The hotel room was connected to the adjoining room by a locked door. Through that door, you could hear everything from the next room. Fortunately, the host next door was quiet in the evening and it was not such a problem.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They are knowledgeable about the city and can help arrange transportation or hold your luggage if you arrive before check-in time. The rooms are comfortable with big bathrooms and very good air conditioning. This is a great hotel if you have an early morning flight or fly into the city late as it is super close to the airport. 7 minuted away by car. It’s about 20 minutes to the historic part of the city by car, depending on traffic. A great value for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.

Although the hotel advertises AC, there is no facility to cool the room in winter. The room was 28°, and we were told to turn off the AC and open a window if we wanted to cool the room. Obviously with an open window you get traffic noise...so not ideal. Even with the window open we couldnt cool the room.. So if you like to sleep in a cool room at night, this isnt the place to stay during winter season.

Very nice hotel. comfortable and clean rooms. Good location - although far from the center. Underground parking on site. I recommend.

Breakfast. You pay 14€pp for not a fresh product. For instance, fried eggs look like they were prepared two day ealier. Large selection of products but it was not worth the price. Black tea was available "under the counter" but only upon request and not always. Breakfast is not a good option here.

It was clean and beds were huge and very comfortable.

It is a bit far from the center and we could hear the noise from corridor or other rooms. We were staying in December and the heat was too high, but because I was staying with a baby, during the night we couldn’t keep the windows open, so that was very unpleasant.

The room was outstanding, loved it. This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel, looking forward to my next stay here. Good choice of breakfast and great location.

Get an iron for the room and this hotel is perfect. No iron in the room or reception, made us late for an early wedding the following morning, with my shirt crumpled in my suitcase and my wife needing to straighten out her dress. Had to go to the shopping centre nearby to purchase one but by the time they opened, it left us very little time to get to the wedding all ironed out. It's such a small detail, I've stayed in plenty of Spanish Hotels from 3 star up to 5, all had irons, or at least one available at the desk. Fix that an this hotel has everything. Still rate this hotel really high, I loved it.

This was a last minute booking due to our flights being cancelled and having to travel to Sevilla to catch a flight home. The hotel was lovely and clean and impressive on arrival. The staff we lovely and spoke wonderful English (thankfully because my Spanish is pretty poor). Unfortunately we were only there for a short time so didn’t get to enjoy the facilities, but they looked very good. It’s nice and close to some restaurants and a supermarket.

We were on the side by the road and even though we were high up it was quite noisy. I don’t think I would have liked to stay there for a long length of time.

Best thing about the hotel are the staff! Javier has been in the bar and restaurant for the many years I have been going to Congresos Hotel. He is an amazing asset to your company. So too is the General Manager Andres Vales who knows exactly how to run a successful hotel. Customer Satisfaction is key and these two employees ensure that is upheld.

Beds could do with replacing after several years of staying at the hotel. Coffee and tea making facilities would be nice in the rooms (as previously).
