I want to write this review from the bottom of my heart…I came to Sevilla for a music festival and stayed the night at Ibis. I had the misfortune of having my phone stolen but the staff at this hotel are amazing and genuine people, they helped me calm down, chart out a plan for me to get back to Madrid, even at late hours when I came to the reception for making a call, or logging in my email, they were always supportive, I even got hugs during a moment of meltdown and they kept assuring me. I came back hassle free, and I really want to thank each and every one of you at Ibis. I will recommend this hotel to the moon and back. Also the room is really nice and great value overall. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Price good, location great

We got blocked in , in the underground car parking. Unfortunately the staff were not helpful and said we needed to wait until 12 from 10am to get out of the car park. We explained we had to get to our ferry crossing by 12 . The man just shrugged his shoulders my husband then got angry and said he will damage the other car blocking him in . The receptionist said you cannot do that and within minutes brought the owner of the car to move it . I feel the receptionist could have been a bit more empathetic in this situation. This was our second visit and probably our last due to this stressful situation

This hotel definitely has good quality to price ratio, even if it has it's flaws. I liked convenient location, comfortable main bed and safe underground parking. Breakfast was good and the bathroom also adequate.

After late arrival with a child it turned out that extra bed was not fully prepared. This extra bed is a very stupid thing, located under the windowsill, which is easy to hit with your head. Don't take a room with it! Room is too small. Coffee was bad.

It feels a little bit outdated. Breakfast could be improved. Location is not in the city but is easily reached by the car (and 15 minutes drive to the center).

They say reception is open 24/7, but at 4am we couldn't get in the hotel, we were ringing but nobody was at the desk to open a front door. Some other guests also arrived at that time and were angry that they cannot get to their room. We waited 15 minutes until finally someone woke up and opened a door, it was really frustrating since we were tired and hoping to get to bed ASAP.

The room had everything we needed. It was not too big to be heated in the winter so we were not cold, unlike in holiday apartments. We like the fact that despite small surface there were "night tables" and additional space by the windows. Thank you to the staff for providing us withe breakfast buns although it was past breakfast time,

Not sure if the room had been ventilated enough before our arrival. There was a smell of used bedlinen in the room, although, the previous users' bedlinen had been removed and changed for our stay.

A budget hotel, good for a quick overnight stay if you have an early flight from Seville or need a place to stay between connecting flights. It's located in an industrial area, just an 8-minute drive from the airport. They offer basement parking for pazment. However, for enjoying Seville, I’d recommend choosing a hotel in the city center instead.

I had no idea that this was a one star hotel. Despite a number of issues, this was better than a number of three star hotels I have stayed in Spain. The breakfast was decent and fresh and there was no prepackaged, outdated and lousy bread or cereal or anything of that sort. The coffee was good( both filtered and from the machine) and the price was fair. The cleaning lady was considerate and she even tidied up our bed despite our request that this was not needed.

The room was small; there was no hook in the room the were only two plug ins in the property. It could have a small shelf/ stand for a small kettle and a fridge.

One thing you are guaranteed is all Ibis Hotel are just the same quality. It's like walking into one in a different Country. Nice place to stay over before your flight and close to airport. Reception Staff were friendly and offered local advice of amenities nearby.

Nothing, Price and Quality are synonymous and very happy with rates. - maybe a kettle for tea would be a cherry on the cake. Thanks

I liked the location and the room. Although it was a bit far from the bus-stop, it is a good location to reach the airport, not so much the city center. Other than that, the toilet was nice and spacious, and there was enough table space.

There was no restaurant available, but the hotel provided alternatives like pizza and sandwiches (which weren't the best). The facilities were quite bare, but this is expected for a 1-star hotel. The view from the room was ok.

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful even at 01:00 :-) Excellent breakfast. A very easy bus ride to/from the airport (and the city centre)

Signage from the bus stop would have been helpful - there was one road sign which took us from the bus stop to the road behind the bus stop, but then quite a walk further with no encouragement as to whether we were heading in the right direction. I was glad I wasn't on my own at that point.
