I want to write this review from the bottom of my heart…I came to Sevilla for a music festival and stayed the night at Ibis. I had the misfortune of having my phone stolen but the staff at this hotel are amazing and genuine people, they helped me calm down, chart out a plan for me to get back to Madrid, even at late hours when I came to the reception for making a call, or logging in my email, they were always supportive, I even got hugs during a moment of meltdown and they kept assuring me. I came back hassle free, and I really want to thank each and every one of you at Ibis. I will recommend this hotel to the moon and back. Also the room is really nice and great value overall. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Price good, location great

We got blocked in , in the underground car parking. Unfortunately the staff were not helpful and said we needed to wait until 12 from 10am to get out of the car park. We explained we had to get to our ferry crossing by 12 . The man just shrugged his shoulders my husband then got angry and said he will damage the other car blocking him in . The receptionist said you cannot do that and within minutes brought the owner of the car to move it . I feel the receptionist could have been a bit more empathetic in this situation. This was our second visit and probably our last due to this stressful situation

The hotel is about a 4 minute walk from a bus stop that can take you to the airport. It has a restaurant that is open until midnight (and a bar), and there is a breakfast buffet as well that is much better than usual for European breakfast options. The staff is kind and relaxed, and there is a nice atmosphere to the hotel.

The hotel is pretty far out from the main part of Sevilla. Location wise, it's not near the airport nor the sights, so you're in the middle of whichever you want to see, but it's not walkable distance for either.

Easy to drive to. Private parking. Comfortable bed. Room serviced and bathroom cleaned daily. Very good breakfast. Easy bus ride into the centre. Helpful staff. Dinner available in the hotel until late. Near a busy road but no noise at all once the windows are closed.

The parking was supposed to be €6 per day but we ended up paying €10. That was probably us doing something wrong but worth checking before you get to the machine. Machine only takes cash with no change given.

This hotel definitely has good quality to price ratio, even if it has it's flaws. I liked convenient location, comfortable main bed and safe underground parking. Breakfast was good and the bathroom also adequate.

After late arrival with a child it turned out that extra bed was not fully prepared. This extra bed is a very stupid thing, located under the windowsill, which is easy to hit with your head. Don't take a room with it! Room is too small. Coffee was bad.

It feels a little bit outdated. Breakfast could be improved. Location is not in the city but is easily reached by the car (and 15 minutes drive to the center).

They say reception is open 24/7, but at 4am we couldn't get in the hotel, we were ringing but nobody was at the desk to open a front door. Some other guests also arrived at that time and were angry that they cannot get to their room. We waited 15 minutes until finally someone woke up and opened a door, it was really frustrating since we were tired and hoping to get to bed ASAP.

Ibis offers basic accommodation but the room and the hotel in general was impeccably clean. Breakfast was fine. Location for me was excellent as very close to the airport.

Disappointed that staff started cleaning the coffee machine before the restaurant closed therefore I was unable to enjoy a coffee at the end of my dinner which ruined it for me.

The staff on reception and at the bar and restaurant were excellent. Most helpful. Please thank them.

The price seemed very high. 230 euros or £230 I can’t remember, without breakfast. I travel a lot in France and usually have much better value. I did book late, and it is near the airport. So maybe, that is the price. Still seems high to me.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillow was good, for my taste. Shower powerful. Room was very clean and large enough for a short stay. Staff were very helpful and the service, good. Food available until 11pm. The hotel was easy to find with easy access to the motorway and parking.

There was no power point on my side of the bed nor near a mirror

The room had everything we needed. It was not too big to be heated in the winter so we were not cold, unlike in holiday apartments. We like the fact that despite small surface there were "night tables" and additional space by the windows. Thank you to the staff for providing us withe breakfast buns although it was past breakfast time,

Not sure if the room had been ventilated enough before our arrival. There was a smell of used bedlinen in the room, although, the previous users' bedlinen had been removed and changed for our stay.
