This was our favorite of the six hotels we stayed at on this trip. The ground-floor outdoor pool was a highlight, and the breakfast was unbeatable in terms of fresh and varied fruit, vegetables and pastries. We also loved the amazing view from our double balcony of the roman ampitheater and the Mediterranean. The room was spacious, shower-pressure like a fire hose, and everything was clean. A great hotel experience. And both the rooftop restaurant and the ground floor one were very good.

We loved this hotel. Even our front-desk clerk was amazing, advising us on beaches and local restaurants.

It was quite nice hotel in a very nice location related to city. Reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. Roof top pool and restaurant was really nice place to be during day time and evening.

It was really far from the beach and you need to walk up and down, that was the worst part. Te cleaning service was not very good, I had an expression that they cleaned half of the room and left everything unfinished. I didn’t like also the serving in the roof top restaurant, the waitress kind of a were in a hurry and not much interested in you.

The location was superb overlooking the Miracles beach, especially on the fireworks. As it was a special birthday stay, the hotel even sent up a bottle of cava on my birthday as a gift. The main pool was very comfortable and spacious. The room was lovely and clean with a great balcony. The breakfast was a vast choice, something for everyone, especially if you like a cooked breakfast. They have a therapy room where you can get reflexology or massages etc- Wirth a visit!

The only down side was a couple of staff who need some more customer service training. The guy at the pool was fairly unhelpful and seemed quite grumpy most days when we are using the pool. He got told off one day for refusing to help an older couple find shade under a tree. The rooftop cocktail bar should have been a delight, but again a frumpy waitress almost refused my and my wife entry on my birthday as she was busy setting up tables for dinner service. She then pointed to a table and reluctantly took our order for cocktails. We were made to feel as we were not welcomed guests but got in the way of her routine.

Amazing location - perfect for access to town, local buses and the bus station. The design is stunning and the hotel is beautiful. Really nice staff. Comfortable beds and nice balcony with sea view. Swam in both pools and enjoyed some cocktails on the roof. Would stay again if visiting for a few nights. Overall good value for money for a quality hotel.

Balcony door was difficult to close, but the staff were responsive to fixing this. Toilet was a bit dirty when we arrived and there was a dent in the wall that looked like a fist had hit it, which was unusual.

We felt very spoiled here. The room facing the Mediterranean is worth the extra price. I feel like we had the best room, right at the corner overlooking the amphitheatre and the sea. From the balcony, looking out you can also see the cathedral and other Roman ruins. We stayed here at the end of our trip, and really appreciated being able to be lazy in the evening and just eat at the hotel when we didnt feel like walking and finding somewhere out. Food and service were good, especially for the convenience. Wasnt our best meal, but definitely good. Bed was comforable, slept great, room lovely and tastefully decorated. Wonderful bathtub and shower. Parking spot was worth it also, btw. Tarragona did not look like an easy place to find parking in at all. Service was great from the moment we pulled in and someone came out to help with bags. Front desk staff and dining staff all friendly and helpful. Location was convinient to everything, beach, restaurants, shops, Roman walls and ruins, cathedral, etc...all within 10-15 min walk

Nothing. All fantastic. As someone else noted though, keep in mind if there are events going on. There was a fashion event while we were there, going on one night across the street. Rooms are not sound proofed against that. We were fine with it though. We just went out during most of the noise and it was over by midnight.

Rooftop bar was such a find and the view at sunset wasn’t to be missed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Suite was super clean and well stocked with toiletries and dressing gown and slippers and had a view of the sea and the amphitheater . I’d book here again if I came back to Tarragona.

Pools were closed which we didn’t mind but it wasn’t indicated until we arrived in case it’s important for someone else. Our room was at the front of the hotel which was brightly lit and this lit up the room despite blackout curtains until they automatically switched off at midnight. An event one evening was also quite noisy as we were over the entrance on the first floor so recommend booking a floor higher up if you want quiet. Also parking places at the hotel are not guaranteed- if you want a space definitely contact the hotel direct to ensure you get one.

After a full days drive, the H10 Imperial Hotel provides a well located, easy, modern stay, situated on the cities beautiful coast, overlooking the ancient Roman Forum. Parking was within the hotels front plaza, and the old walled city was about 10 minute walk. Food options in the hotel are good.

We just couldn't' understand why the hotels spectacular roof terrace, overlooking the city, Roman Forum, and coastline, closed at 8pm and did not open until 12 pm during the day, missing the amazing sunrise and sunset from this one of a kind vantage point in Tarragona! Perhaps we were off season.

Staff was very professional and such a friendly greeting! Room was very clean and had a little balcony with pool view. Pools were nice too not overcrowded. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from as well. Will be coming back!

The beach is a bit of a walk and a little confusing to get there, just follow map instructions. The little city centre was super close so very convenient for exploring.

Breakfast was more expensive than most places but truly excellent and very well run. The choices were extensive and the quality very good. The dining room is so spacious with generous room between tables. Hotel had a well designed interior, responsive helpful reception staff. Rooftop and garden poolsl. Ideal spot for visting Roman remains and access to local restarants. Excellent bathroom, lots of wardrobe/drawer space. Ideal balcony.

The room could have been slightly bigger - sea view twin.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. We upgraded to a jr suite and couldn’t have been more pleased! The view was spectacular!
