as soon as we arrived the staff were excellent. room was clean and bed was v comfortable. it’s in a great location, a 10 minute walk from the square/plaza where we got a little train to bring us on a tour of the town. Beside the hotel was a lovely little bar/cafeteria called Bar Pepe which was very welcoming as well. I would definitely stay in this hotel again

The room was very nice, the shower was good and hot, the location ok if you have a good satnav. The included breakfast was a bonus, and for the evening meal, they were able to accomodate me as a vegetarian, not always possible in Spain.

It is a bit annoying to have to pay an extra 9€ for parking, although I know many places do charge.

The location of hotel was great, just a short walk to the historic centre, room was large and comfortable, cannot comment on the restaurant or bar as we did not use, ate in a local tapas bar.

If staying in a room near the lift there is a constant drone, which I assume is from the mechanism of the lift shaft, and if you are a light sleeper it could be annoying.

Secure, gated off street car park. Drinks prices at the hotel bar were very inexpensive, the food was very good and our room was very comfortable and quiet. All of the staff were very nice and welcoming, the receptionist was particularly helpful and spoke good english !

Mrs Google struggled to guide us to the hotel car park but that was no fault of the hotel.

the staff gave the impression that they were not happy in their job. we have stayed there three times so far and each time have been told by the staff on reception that it is not necessary to book a table for evening meal and breakfast. when we got to the dining room they tell us we have not booked and cannot get food. staff upstairs don’t seem to tell downstairs what is going on and visa Versa we went for drinks at the bar only for the man on reception to phone someone downstairs serving a large party with food to come to the bar to serve us

Walking distance to the old town

Car parking. Hotel advertises car parking, but it is exclusive to staff only. Please delete car parking from description. Hotel is opposite a hospital and free car parking is very limited. Parking is available in surrounding streets but many spaces are pay and display.

The staff, especially in reception were really friendly and efficient. Also, one of the ladies in the cafeteria, the youngest one I would say, had lovely manners, and was very helpful and acommodating with all customers. She was very profesional when dealing with people, and provided very fast service too.

The bathroom was functional and clean but needs a bit of renovation.

Had a quick breakfast nearby in Graniers deli. The Hotel Isabel Segura is a good place to stay because the staff are friendly and efficient.The area is a nice one in a plsasant community with schools,a hospital and many shops. It is a short walk to central Teruel and the hotel has excellent safe parking in a locked yard.

Comfortable, near a beautiful park

My room (only my room) had poor Wi-Fi signal. The coffee shop and restaurant had great connection

The hotel staff contacted us before hand to give directions as there was building work close by on an access road. There was secure parking at the hotel for 8 euros which was great as the nearby roads were full. The city is lovely and very traditionally Spanish, there was some sort of celebrations going on and there was a number of older ladies doing traditional lace making. Amazing to watch and mind blowing as to how they remember what goes where! There are a couple of tapas/bars close by or you can walk 10 minutes or so into the centre and find anything you want. Staff were great as were the facilities, would definitely stay again.
