The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are decently equipped. It's not very modern, but has what you need for a short stay. The location is very convenient, just slightly below the old town and with easy access to the escalators up to the main part of the old city.

It was very cold in the room with no heating - this is probably nice in hot summers in Toledo, but for a November visit quite uncomfortable. The ground-floor room windows were also directly at eye-level of a sidewalk with quite thin curtains, so sometime privacy felt a bit questionable. The road directly in front of the window is also quite busy, so may be a challenge for light sleepers.

Welcoming, informative and helpful host. Modest sized room, well designed to provide all necessities including fridge. Very clean. Our room on bottom floor, window looked onto pavement but a fairly quiet street and secure with grille. Excellent location halfway up the hill to the historic old city, with escalator access nearby to reach the top (and lift in the hotel to reception). Booked breakfast was varied and substantial, recommended!

Comfortable room with striking views across Toledo. Quick, convenient access to the centre and cathedral area. Very helpful staff and lift a bonus!

The 3-tier breakfast (as printed on menu) was a little curious with various options which sometimes overlapped. We particularly enjoyed the coffee and lots of fresh orange juice!

Hotel well situated just below the escalators that take you up into the town. Was on road (paid) parking which reception said was safe directly outside or a multistorey 100m up the road. We had the 'basic' breakfast which was coffee/tea, croissants or toast along with cereal/yoghurt/fruits and little cakes. Reception staff all very friendly and helpful, spoke English. Room clean, beds comfortable, ensuite had plenty of hot water. Ideal base to visit Toledo

It has a great location, a bit of hill but we all know Toledo is hilly. The Hotel is very close to the Zocodover square. The staff was super nice. Bed and pillows are super comfy. The water in the shower has an amazing pressure. The bedrooms have a small fridge, which is great for keeping cold water, which is very needed with the Toledan heat! Super happy and 100% recommended, we hope to go back soon.

Great place to stay when visiting Toledo. Just outside main area so parking is easy but only 500 metres to the escalator up into the city. Excellent welcome and offer of local details (map and recommendations). Room compact but had all mod cons tidy and clean. Super multi spray shower and a comfortable bed. Fully range continental breakfast plus more. Recommended

Nothing all was enjoyable

The outdoor terrace, the friendly staff, the super nice, cozy room with a safe, closet and small dresser. The breakfast was also very good. And the location; it is a 5 min walk to the old section of Toledo.

I left Toledo early, and I couldn’t get a refund for the last day (24 hour notice). Since it is an affordable hotel, it’s not a big deal.

Near the city center, good price, near to the car parking, good breakfast (extra cost)

Windows are in front of the street and parking. Sometimes can be noise from street and it’s not possible open the windows because someone can watch into your room

The room was cosy, clean and the bed very comfortable. Location was excellent, access to the old city was perfect and the host instructions for parking were really helpful. We parked for free near train/bus station and walked across. Breakfast in morning was good value and convenient.

The location was superb, we booked last minute. Room was small but cozy, bed was comfy! we spent the whole day walking around Toledo everything is walking distance which was amazing🤩 also it’s near parking garage like 2 mins walk , parking cost 16€ , the hotel stamped our ticket so it was special price. The staff were very helpful and friendly!!
