Check in process was really efficient, this was my first trip to Spain since the law affecting more information recorded and I was impressed by the way the hotel dealt with it

There was nothing I could fault with the hotel. The location is perfect, right in the centre for the train station, five minutes walk. An abundance of bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes close by

We chose this hotel as we didn’t want to stay right on the front. And found. That it Perfectly situated in the town just 5 minutes from Torremolinos train station, making easy access from the airport on the C1 train line and a about 20 mins from central Malaga, which made for a great day out for exploring. Breakfast at the hotel is served til 10 with a very good choice and cooked freshly. I also liked that there was a lovely selection of different breads too. You would certainly never go hungry at breakfast with the choices of food on offer. Dinner also the same. All the staff we met spoke very good English and could help with any information. We booked this trip to explore the surrounding area and with train station just around the corner, we couldn’t have chosen better. Would most definitely stay again as hotel had all the comforts needed.

If I had to find something to moan about, it would probably be that I didn’t realise that the coffee making facilities in the room only meant you get one complimentary cup! I asked at reception the next day for more as housekeeping hadn’t refilled and was advised that it’s just one cup each! I do enjoy my coffee first thing, so I was a bit disappointed, but I’d just pack my own next time.

The actual hotel is very clean and tidy with a comfortable reception area, large bar area with nicely appointed furniture & seating. The dining area is nicely laid out with ample seating and the garden room is a nice touch (more for the hotter weather). The pool area is nicely maintained - again there is ample seating & sun beds with the addition of an annexed garden area for sun bathing. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was very good - I don't really understand the bad comments regarding the food - there was lots of choice and all very well presented and tasty with freshly cooked omelettes, fresh fruit & bread. There was something for even the fussiest of eaters in my opinion. Our room was at the back of the hotel (floor 7) overlooking the swimming pool with a sea view. We also had a very large wrap around balcony which provided views of the mountains to the back between the buildings. The room was clean & spacious with a large TV, kettle, sofa, chair & small table. Plenty of storage and good air con. The bed is huge! and very comfy. All the staff - without exception, were courteous, helpful and always smiling. The hotel is perfectly positioned with shops, bars & restaurants just around the corner, but far enough away not to be disturbed by party-goers, Torremolinos train station is just 250yds from the hotel which is fantastic for airport transfer at 2.30euro per person. The hotel also has a very nice sky-bar which is well worth a visit for a cheeky G&T!! All in all a very presentable, comfortable hotel for a short break in the sunshine - for the price - you cant go wrong.

The bathroom was a little small in comparison with the rest of the room and the shower gel holder/dispenser fell off the wall during the night (only stuck on the wall not screwed) which gave us a terrible fright! There was no "printed" information in the room detailing day to day itinerary of the hotel, local information or prices for the minibar etc.

Fantastic location, very clean and a modern hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was brilliant, it does get very busy so be mindful of wait times but the staff do a fantastic job to accomodate. The rooms were pleasant regularly cleaned, views were very nice. The check out time is 12pm which is fantastic for a later flight. The pool area is clean and very spacious, the pool table area is a nice touch. Close to local amenities such as metro/beach/local shops.

Potentially more vegan/vegetarian food options would be brilliant The room I booked did state double but there were two single beds when we arrived which moved around a lot. Not too much of a problem but not ideal.

Convenient location close to railway station and bus stop. Comfortable bed with a duvet and large pillows.

The bar with a view on floor 10 was never open when I checked and always had a sign that it would be open soon. In the room there was no comfortable chair, only a single hard plastic chair by the desk. The balcony was tiny. Breakfast was too busy with queues for the coffee machines and horrible juice. No porridge. The lifts were slow to arrive and often full. The shower room was very cramped because of a big shower with a big glass door and a big basin leaving no space to stand.

Great location, very central with only a short walking distance from the Train station and many shops and restaurants around. It is even not far from the beaches, but it does require some walking (which we enjoyed). The beds were extremely good, very comfortable mattress and 2 good pillows to choose from. The bed blanket had an ideal weight and thickness. The air conditioning worked well, it maintained a comfortable room temperature. The black-out curtain did a good job covering the sunlight from the windows. The cleaning service was really excellent, every day our room was deeply cleaned with great detail, even under the beds I could see it was clean, well done! Breakfast was plentiful with enough options for all tastes, I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and vegetables and tomato paste for spanish "Tostada". The staff was always friendly and well presented, and they surprised me on my birthday with a sweet delivered to our room, this was a really cute gesture.

Little details: the silicone around the shower cabin needs repair, it allows water to drip outside the cabin when using the Top shower, making the floor quickly wet. At night, I felt too much light leaking from the hotel corridor, through the sides of the Door of the room... the door frame maybe needs some isolation around it. The fan in the air conditioner maybe needs tuning, it sounded like a washing machine on higher speeds.

Quite good 4 star hotel, with a nice garden that has a pool, cosy bar and equipment. It is located in the centre of Torri, few minutes walk from the well served train station. Breakfast has many options, but food quality leaning to 3 stars. Rooms were clean and well maintained by friendly staff. Being situated in a centre of a touristic town it is rather quiet and one can have a good sleep on either side of it.

The hotel is a little bit far from the beach, you would need some 20 minutes walk up/downhill, but that is the general characteristic of Torri. Personally, I didn’t like that US philosophy that many things are charged additionally (safe in the room, various upgrades etc.). They even have a separate spaces for extra paying guests, which don’t bring anything special and that doesn’t look nice. But I consider these minor disadvantages, the hotel is generally good.

The room was clean and tidy. Location was excellent. The breakfast was good but at times cold. The juices and milk should be chilled and kept in a chiller cabinet. More ice on display and topped up regular. The evening mood was not good.It was cold at service and too much pork on the menu. Where was the beef, steak etc. There was ice cream either. Not good enough I'm afraid.

The evening meal could have been better. Too much pork on the menu. The chicken was tough. No one knew what food was on the menu area. it was all guess work.

The hotel was well situated in the town near the shops and restaurants. The room was cleaned daily. There is a gym and pool. We paid for the evening buffet on a couple of nights and it was delicious. It was 20 euros each. The staff in the hotel were very friendly. I enjoyed staying there. It was quite a large hotel of 10 or 11 floors. There were lifts. It was a nice hotel so no complaints and I would stay there again. This hotel is near the train station so easy access to the airport and any days out.

We paid for bed and breakfast. The breakfast was only okay it could be improved. The bacon and sausages and orange juice weren't the best. The juice was like squash. I didn't really enjoy the coffee either. So breakfast was very basic but okay. Omelettes and eggs prepared freshly. Nice dining room though. The evening buffet was so much better. If you're a beach person, it's a trek to the beach from this hotel. The town is on a headland and there are 160 odd steps down to the beach area. We had a taxi up after a day on the beach. However you are near all the shops and restaurants. There is a pool but beds go quickly and the area is quite crowded. It was too many people for us although we did try it there a couple of times.

Location, near the train station and around everything. About 20mins walk to the beach. Big balcony on our Junior Suite. My favourite club lounge will definitely be a factor to return. Good choices for breakfast and dinner, though I wouldn't do the half board on a future visit, breakfast + lounge are enough.

The room floor was slightly dirty, full of different coloured hair. It wasn't even properly cleaned until day 3. Food could have been hotter for dinner. Another small detail, the corner suite we had was large, with a huge balcony. However it had the tiniest basin and space in the toilet. Kept toiletries in the wardrobe right outside, and also floor would get wet when you washed your face as it is so small.
