I recently stayed at B&B Hotel Valencia Me and my son and had a very positive experience. The rooms were comfortable and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would like to highlight Amanda at the reception, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was professional, attentive, and exceptionally pleasant, which truly made a difference in the overall experience. Many thanks to Amanda for her excellent assistance. I would gladly return to this hotel in the future

The only thing I would improve is the quality of the mattresses. Other than that, the location and service were excellent.

This hotel really helped me when I had to stay whilst my husband, who was taken poorly from a cruise ship, spent four nights in La Fe hospital in Valencia. They helped me out with an erroneous booking which I had made putting in the incorrect dates and agreed to refund in view of my circumstances. The hotel is only about a ten min walk from the hospital so very convenient. This is a very relaxed hotel which allows you to eat brought in food in their breakfast area when the breakfast area is not in use for breakfast. The receptionists were so lovely and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would certainly stay there again. I cannot say enough good things about my stay and would give it at least five stars.

Nothing, everything was very good

We could do with a wider range of breakfast really could do with a canteen service where you can purchase evening meals. We only have Mcdonalds in walking distance but had to walk 15 min to find other eating options and I have mobility needs.... the B&B hotel is in renovation period and its looking amazing in the reception area, the workers are keeping minimum mess. There is a lot of potential to develop this venue more.

No washing machine or laundry service Could do with a small washing room. I had to walk 10 min to find a laundry then had to find a laundry service that collected, washed, ironed and returned items the following day.. was a good service.

Buses are available at every corner, every area on the roundabout to go anywhere we needed to. It was comfortable for our needs.

Bathroom - sink and shower drains seemed quite congested. We also asked for an early breakfast because of an early excursion we needed to get to and said they would provide us with it but the next morning we weren’t allowed to. Also food items are not allergy-friendly other than the oat milk available.

I was on a business trip. The staff was hospitable. The facilities were fine, at least they suited my needs. I had a useful option when I could replace the next day's cleaning with a decent breakfast. There was also a free coffee machine and a free tee in the hotel's hall which was helpful. There were also several bus stops and a Valenbisi station nearby.

The sound isolation was not good. I woke up every time my neighbor's door slammed. I guess the door closers were too strong. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable. I barely could participate in some online calls. Some of you folks might not like the area. It's a highway. However, for me, it wasn't an issue.

Literally 15 mins walking distance from a big shopping center, 25 mins to the Oceanographic - great for those who with the car, you do not need to cross the city to get out of Valencia - multiple bus stops towards all directions - calm terrace to drink your free coffee/tea - super clean - very attentive stuff

The bed. Not comfortable and moves all the time you turn (it is on the wheels)

The bed was super comfortable. Reception staff was really nice. Free coffee, tea and chocolate milk. The room was well equipped, we had working air conditioning and the location was close to several bus stops.

The bathroom was not well maintained. It was not dirty, it was obvious that they were cleaning the rooms every day, but there was rust forming in the shower and toilet, and the air vent from the bathroom was really dusty. There was no toilet brush. The WiFi signal was extremely poor in our room, couldn't do much on it. Also, the downside of the location is that it's super noisy from traffic.

The room was clean and it had everything we needed. We liked the breakfest very much. The personality was very kind and helpful. Location is good, near buses. It's nice to have a machine for coffee, tea, chocolate all day free to use.

The drain in the bathroom could be repeared because it doesn't drain water very well.

The staff is excelent! The front desk staff speaks perfect English. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh orange juice, prosciutto even walnuts and almonds. I liked the 24-hour coffee and tea station in the lobby.

There is no kids' area, some small table for kids with colors will help the kids to spend some time.

We love this place. Our favorite family hotel and we are in Valencia all the time. So if we can we always stay here and we stayed here probably like 50 times at least so far. Love that breakfast is included, hot chocolate or coffee at any time for free, Saler is only like 1 km away what is a beautiful walk and there is our favorite area where we spend msot time too City of Arts and Science. Also there is McDonald's across the street.
