Excellent and detailed cleaning of the room and the public spaces of the hotel. Polite and helpful staff on the whole. Delicious breakfast (quality and quantity). Rooms with pool view in the upper floors was a plus. Check out 30 minutes later after our request. Very inportant that the operation of the pool was extended from 10:00-21:30. Safety precautions are working properly. An affordable luxury.

The children in the pool should be supervised by a lifeguard because they did not comply with specific rules (not diving for example). The area is quiet and safe but there are a few of choices for food and drink outside the hotel. The public transportation for such a tourist destination as Valencia is not so often (metro and bus) so if you do not have a car maybe you spent some more time in public transportations

Has a car park underneath, good swimming pool and lots of loungers. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Good bed and bathroom.

Location is a little to be desired as it caters for the exhibitions nearby rather than holidays, but there is an underground station less than ten mins away which takes you into the centre of Valencia. No coffee making facilities or iron in room. Aircon was weak in the summer sun!! Everyone seemed to be on our floor and there were dogs yapping in various rooms nearby

The hotel is very new and modern. Everything in the room was very clean, everything worked. Huge bed with a very high quality mattress. Cleaning was done every day. Several times I left for the the girls 2 euros for cleaning, but they didn’t take it, perhaps forbidden. The food in the restaurant was very tasty 🤤. Thanks for the service!

The only thing that outraged me was that upon arrival, the manager at the reception asked for our passports, as well as a credit card, explaining this as a convenience when paying for extra services, to which I objected and said that the bank strictly prohibits sharing credit card data with third parties, to this the manager didn't mind anymore. I hope that the hotel management will take note of my remark. Thanks for the service!

We were greeted by very friendly reception staff and allowed to check in early. We especially enjoyed interacting with Antonio. The room was clean and well equipped, the bed very comfortable. The spacious and clean breakfast room offered many tasty options. We also enjoyed lunch in the hotel restaurant. The parking situation was great with many spots in the underground park garage. A grocery store around the hotel was a great bonus.

A toilet brush in the bathroom would be nice.

Around 25 min. from the hotel to the city center by metro L2. Outstanding friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Free parking is possible on public parking lots around the hotel. If none are available a parking garage directly next to the hotel is available with fair charges. Hotel’s look and feel in general are not top notch, but still very clean, comfortable and in a decent condition. It provides a very good value for the money. Would definitely rebook here again. Very close to Valencia airport.

Considering the price/value ratio compared to other hotels in the Valencia area, there is nothing to complain about.

Our experience at Port Feria Valencia was delightful, prompting us to extend our stay. The staff exhibited professionalism and competence throughout our visit. Despite being situated outside Valencia, the location proved convenient, with just a 10-minute walk to public transportation. The affordable price point justified the distance. The rooms were impeccably clean and tastefully furnished, featuring stylish LED accents behind the mirrors. The spacious bathroom and shower added to the comfort of our stay. Despite thin walls, noise was not a significant issue, ensuring peaceful nights. The large windows provided ample natural light, enhancing the overall ambiance. We opted for breakfast at the hotel, priced at 11 euros, which offered a satisfying spread. Additionally, we enjoyed a reasonably priced dinner at the hotel's restaurant, priced at 17 euros for an all-you-can-eat menu accompanied by water and wine. Overall, our experience left us thoroughly satisfied, and we would consider returning in the future.

While the hotel offers excellent value for money, some minor inconveniences were noted. The distance from central Valencia may deter travelers seeking immediate access to the city's attractions. Although breakfast and dinner options were available at the hotel, the additional costs may not align with every budget. Additionally, while noise levels were generally manageable, the thin walls could potentially impact the tranquility of the stay for some guests. Despite these minor drawbacks, they did not significantly detract from our overall positive experience. Unfortunatly you can still not use your phone as room card in 2024.

Breakfast was very nice with the options but the ambiance was not the top but still very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, also daily cleaning of the room was perfect. I had the dinner and the lunch at the hotel also. Room service works fine and for the dinner there is the buffet option, it was tasty, variety of options and good in general.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean. Enjoyed hearing the birds outside our windows in the mornings. Easy walk to Metro. The bar served great drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic. The restaurant also had tasty food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Sleeping was sometimes uncomfortable. They have a central heater running throughout the building. You could also feel the springs in the mattress. Located next to a school, I had to worry about the windows and changing.

The cleaners did a magnificent job at keeping our room tidy, we had our trash removed and sheets/towels changed every day. Receptionists were welcoming and polite, extra thanks to Carlos in the reception, and young guy in the reception and bar. They helped us with such things as finding the best local hidden gems, showed us where to find timetables to metro/bus, and served us way over our expectations. The young bartender always made us something really good, even though the recepies were unfamiliar. The accomodation and rooms were really fresh at all times, and the sunbeds at the well needed pool were comfortable. Breakfast also had a good variety of different stuff, and special coffees and hotchocolate were also available. There was the basic breakfast with different kinds of eggs, bacon, ham and so on, but also a variety of fresh fruit, and sweets for the coffee.

We had some issues with the fire alarm in the hotel during our stay. The alarm went off one night, because of some technical issue, and some people evacuated their rooms, we did aswell to be on the safe side and see what was going on. Lady in reception calmly told us what was going on, and they got the problem solved afetr a while. Im really happy with the outcome, and how the staff handeled this situation.

Excellent hotel for the price/quality ratio. It is further from the center but 500m from the metro. In a nice area and near the market. Comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff.

The only drawback is the sound insulation, when the hotel is full, and that was during the holidays, everything was heard and it was impossible to sleep. On other days, when there were no holidays, it was ok, as far as sound insulation is concerned.
