Great position so close to the square and restaurants and bars Walking distance to a park for our dog Hotel staff very friendly and informative about the area Public Underground parking nearby which hotel gave us a ticket to get out for free Not easy to find but able to drop off bags and then park Dog bed and treats left in room. Dogs allowed in bar but not restaurant Would recommend

Great location just off the Plaza Mayor. Close to restaurants and bars. Staff welcoming and friendly. Room of good standard with all you could need for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed. Went out of their way to help us with parking. Recognised us from previous visit which we didn't expect. Very hot during our stay so the air con was a bonus.

Nothing. Very hot but not the fault of the hotel of course. Wish we had taken the hotel breakfast but our fault for going to the square instead. So that should be seen as a positive as it looked really good after a bit of a shambles elsewhere.....

Hotel is in an excellent location. You can walk to every attraction across the city. There are so many great tapas bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The team at the hotel were excellent and very helpful. As a seasoned traveller this hotel is excellent for a city stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room at the rear of the hotel. We had a room right in the front with a balcony, perfect for us but remember you are in the centre of a vibrant city. It is a more traditional hotel in its decor but this work well for this property. We had a car and parked it nearby under the Plaza Mayor. We had our elderly parents with us (85 & 76) they absolutely loved the hotel the team and the location. We will be using this Hotel again when we visit Valladolid again in June.

Diana, the breakfast, all the housekeeping staff were so lovely and accommodating, the morning manager was so nice. everyone in the bar was so wonderful. My favorite thing would have to be the comfortable pillows on my bed. my least favorite was the noise in the hallway stairwell in the morning at 8am sharp. we stayed up very late enjoying the city, and we were woken every morning in room 123 by the door on that stairwell slamming and the talking from the employees. But I am certain they did not know this so we dont want to complain.

We arrived a bit late on the first Monday night in January, tired and hungry. We were welcomed by Roberto who was an absolute ray of sunshine on a cold grey night. Dining options in the city were obviously very limited given the date but Roberto went out of his way to advise us on where might be open and sights to see on a walk about the city. His warmest of welcomes really made our stay. The hotel just off the main square so ideally situated for exploring Valladolid. The staff on check out the next day were equally warm, friendly and helpful, they gave a great looking and comfortable hotel its real soul.

Superb location, just a short walk to the main square, you really are in the centre of the city. Very helpful and friendly reception, very welcoming. Parking was in underground car park, about 20 euros. Short walk back to the hotel and leaving very direct and easy. Hotel lobby was delightful, marble everywhere. Rooms were comfortable and we had a view. Breakfast very good. Would recommend.

Arrival by car a little tricky in the street, unloaded and then parked in underground car park under the main square, a short drive away. No real problem.

We were welcomed by the lovely gentleman on the reception on Saturday evening. Given advice on parking and one lovely lady member of staff took my partner to the garage. Such lovely people.

Lovely location, very central and close to the plaza. The room was very clean and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot weather. The beds and pillows were comfy and the bathroom very clean and spacious.

The rooms and windows aren't sound proof. We could hear people going in and out of the rooms on our floor. We had a front facing room so quite a lot of street noise until late at night. It wasn't too much of a problem for us but it might be for people who are noise sensitive.

This hotel was absolutely lovely, with all the marble and brass and antique furniture in the entrance lobby. We booked a double room and it was more like a suite. The staff were very helpful and many spoke English. On arrival the receptionist gave us a map and talked us through the best route to follow to see the sights. We had a 3 course meal in the restaurant which was amazing.

Unfortunately the police had closed many roads around the hotel which meant we had to park in the underground car park which wasn't cheap but was very secure, normally we could have used the Hotel parking spaces.

The hotel is in the centre of the town with car parking nearby. The hotel is not your usual style and had some unusual features. The breakfast was ample and good.
