We unfortunately left 2 passports on the floor of the underground garage which were handed in by someone. We didn’t realise until about 6 hours later and feel that the hotel might have at least sent us a message, so that we could turn back for them. They were also clueless about helping us to find a courier service. Looking after the passports safely until someone collected them was the very least they could do and they really could have done a lot more 😥

The reception was welcoming. The room looked nice with great lighting and was spotless with wooden panelling, high ceilings, marble bathroom etc. There were lots of sockets for charging electronics. The breakfast was in a lovely bright rooms on the 1st floor, it was plentiful, varied and delicious, They arranged some tasty gluten free bread rolls for me - with walnuts and raisins in them - so delicious, never seen those particular ones in any Spanish hotel before.

I had room 119 - steer clear of this room as it is adjacent to the cleaners' storage room where they like to hang out from 7.30am chatting at the top of their voices. This ruined the whole experience. I mentioned it at check out and it seemed the reception staff were already aware of this as an ongoing issue. Also the double bed and mattress were old and extremely squeaky, sadly also reducing the quality of my sleep.

The facilities were exactly as they appeared in the pictures. Great location, very helpful staff and a lovely breakfast buffet. The best I've had in a long time!! Very comfortable room, no issues with noise whatsoever.

Either the bed was a little too firm, or the pillow too lumpy but something was a little amiss and I woke up a little worse for wear after having spent the night.

Always visit Olid for Pinguinos moto event. Very good hotel for what I need. Location excellent. Breakfast also very good.

Price at these events are always high, so nothing more to say. This hotel could be standard price of (+/-) 70 or 80 EUR/night. I've payed 165 EUR/night

Very quiet, excellent location and the air conditioning was great with the heat wave outside.

Air conditioning fairly noisy; no specific room for bicycles (allowed to leave in a corridor where it was visibly disturbing staff).

Really friendly and helpful staff on the reception. We had booked one night but due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up staying longer and the team were really great in looking after us all and it was much appreciated by us all.

Location is fantastic and people very friendly. I will definitely come back either for business or with my family.
