Breakfast was good, as was the evening meal on site. It's a really nice (if long) walk along the river into the city centre but in terms of finding it from the motorway it's really easy. Room was clean, shower hot and staff were very friendly to us and the dog.

Air con/heating thermostat in the room seemed to be on auto no matter what we did with the dial - as a result room was too warm overnight. I understand it is common to charge for allowing dogs to stay and I appreciate Ibis offering this but 15Euros is expensive for one night given it demands no extra cleaning service.

Very convenient for us to park up and explore the city by bus. The room at the back of the hotel was surprisingly quiet. It was, as expected, very basic. No frills, but clean with nice bedding and a comfy bed. Proper hangers! We hate those ones you can’t get off the rail. Nice looking paper. Staff were friendly, hard working and efficient. Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice and they didn’t run out of anything, even when it was busy.

The TV was a bit outdated and clumsy to use. Surely satellite isn’t too much to ask in this day and age? Music in the restaurant was too loud. I wear hearing aids and loud music is very unpleasant for me. Just turn it down a bit!

Above average restaurant for hotel like Ibis. Very welcome after a long day on the road. Comfortable bed. Very pleasant and helpful staff, which was a relief because past experiences in Spain had me expecting grumpy customer service.

Weird loud water noise late at night...maybe from the kitchen cleaning up? Our room was right above and it was surprising how loud it was. Sounds carried quite a bit from the hallways, especially doors slamming shut.

Lovely staff, spoke very good English. Room basic but very clean. Excellent shower. Only complaint was no safe in room but other than that, great value for money. Highly recommend. Food, dinner and breakfast was really lovely. Hotel very clean and quiet, a number of guest took their dogs but no smell. Would go back. Taxi to centre of Valladolid around 10€. Download Google translation as not all drivers speak English.

The location of the motel was in the centre of the city so all facilities like bars and restaurants were easily accessible. The hotel private car park was a god send as parking around the area was at a premium. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the motel was clean. The rooms were adequate with a good shower.

The air conditioning in both rooms didn't seem to be working properly so the night was rather warm. Also directions showing the entrance to the car park could have been better.

The hotel is ideally positioned for the main route up to Santander and Bilbao ferry terminals but quite a way from the centre of Valladolid so your decision to stay here needs to be based on those options. There are quite a few car parks in Valladolid which is certainly worth a visit. The hotel is good, I have stayed at worse Ibis Hotels elsewhere, and the restaurant was very good. I had a Chicken Caeser salad for dinner and it certainly didn't lack chicken or flavour - it was excellent.

Booking in straight forward. Room clean and fresh, bathroom clean with nice fresh smelling soap/shampoo. Bed firm and comfortable , had a great sleep, bedding clean. Good size tv, much larger than most hotels offer. Breakfast was plentiful, well presented, everything was fresh. This is the second time staying whilst on my way to the Santander ferry and I highly recommend it.

Easy to find, checked in quickly and efficiently. Free and plenty of parking. Dog friendly. Comfortable restaurant in the hotel. Staff were very helpful and speak English and Spanish. Breakfast included was a bonus. Room had everything you need, it was very clean, comfortable and a decent size TV screen, good size bathroom with a great shower.

Very minor thing, would prefer a pot of tea at breakfast not a mug. The tea pots were on show but you are not allowed them 🥴

I stayed here two times two weeks apart, and I have to say that the second time was even better. The staff is warm and welcoming, always super helpful. The facilities are great, though my bathroom needed a bit of work on the shower floor and tiles. The food at the restaurant was presented very nicely and it was tasty. Overall, it's a really nice hotel to spend the night or a few nights.

Staff at check in were very helpful. Payment on entry not on check out Staff at restaurant were helpful and efficient. Room was clean and very good for the price. Walk in shower unlike modt hotels that had a shower in the bath.Dinner was great. Menus is English too without having to ask. Check out was fast and easy. It's a pay as you go hotel, so we paid for the dinner after we ate and the same at breakfast.

Area is industrial. Look at Google maps. Can be a bit noisy at times. Parking in front of the hotel is limited but there is parking at the rear which I didn't feel safe to use.
