This apart hotel is at a very central location, near a large supermarket and many cafes and restaurants. Our room was spacious and perfect for two of us. It was clean and bright and the bed was very comfortable . The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. We paid €10 per night for underground secure parking as we had two bikes with us. The girl at reception kindly allowed us park there for a couple of hours prior to our checkin at 4 pm . Even though our room faced the road we didn’t notice it being too noisy outside possibly because we were on the 3 rd floor. A good value aparthotel for a short stay.

It was quite hot in the bedroom as the temperature was in the high 20’s so although there was a ceiling fan in the main living area air conditioning would be a big plus.

We are two self-catering 70+ year olds from Australia travelling around Portugal and Spain in a hire car for a couple of months. We were in room 5 which is a corner room and had windows facing the side and back of the building with limited mountain view. We loved the room – it was large with a big table & everything we needed for cooking. The shower was great and the wifi worked well. It was very clean and we were very warm and comfortable in it. We arrived by car and paid an extra $10 for the car park but we’re glad we didn’t have to go searching for somewhere to park as the streets were full when we arrived and the main car park in town is quite a distance. We parked in the Mercado supermarket which is almost next door and then collected the car after check in. The supermarket has a system – you get a ticket on entry and present it at the till when you buy something. The boom then lets you out of the car park when you approach but it has to be within 20 minutes of the ticket being issued or you have to pay. The supermarket is almost next door.

If we stayed there again we would request a room on an upper floor with 2 windows to get better views of the mountain. It’s difficult to tell which room you’ll be getting as the photos for the one bedroom apartment 2 adults has photos of different rooms all mixed together. There is no kettle Parking costs E10 which brought the price of our stay up to E100 The car park is at the side of the hotel and the light is on a timer which was irritating when we were unloading.

We liked the location and the size of the apartment is perfect for three to four people.

I did not like that the main room smelled like cigarettes even though we booked a non-smoking room. The smell was terrible and I hated walking into the apartment because of the smell.

Location is great, staff is fantastic, room is good and served us very well! Bed is nice and comfy and the room style with wood ceiling really matches what you expect for the region. The kitchen is good and have everything you need to spend a few days, with a great Mercadona literally next to the hotel is very good to spend a good time on a budget.

The only thing I can say that wasn't great is the shower box that is way too small and I am not even a big guy, but you have to be very careful with your movements when you shower, any slight wrong movement will make you bump or arms or elbows onto the shower tap and make the water freezing cold or steaming hot in a blink of an eye. If the shower box was 15cm wider for each directions would be very satisfactory. I understand the space is limited due to ceiling height. So that was a minor inconvenience, again, my experience was overwhelmingly positive!

Check-in is not available until 1600. With no option for early check-in. With reception closed between 1400 and 1600. (This was made very clear before travelling) However, you can not enter the aparthotel to sit and wait for reception to open as the key to access the hotel is the key to your room. This is not convenient at all when arriving with a pet. Perhaps the hotel can advise that it is not JUST reception that is closed but hotel access is closed.

Unfortunately I arrived slightly early and didn’t realise the reception times (they were probably given in the booking) however it was no problem as I had a beer in the next door bar waiting for reception to open 👍

Open for pets. Location/service/price. Apartment design looks like warm and according to the mountain surrounding.

Attention form the receptionist, I really sorry but this is the only dislike clear thing our my end.

This apartment exceeded my expectations when it came to space, there was a large living room with kitchenette, a large bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The building and the fittings are a little dated but everything was clean and functional. Whilst it is not luxurious it was very adequate for the purpose of being able to stay somewhere where you can cook your own meals. Not a lot of cupboard space in the kitchenette and only a 2 ring cooker but it was all I needed really. Someone does come in every day to clean and make the bed so it has the advantages of a hotel. Parking is available down in the basement, it does cost 9 euros per day, and with hindsight I could have parked in the road and saved some money, but you don't know in advance that there will be plenty of space. Very friendly staff. There is a supermarket just 50 meters up the road and you are a minute's walk from the centre of town.

Nothing, it was all pretty perfect. Obviously if you want more luxury like a fancy kitchen this is not the place to come but that would be reflected in the price. There is no aircon but if you keep the windows open and the curtains closed it remains relatively cool. There is a large fan but I did not even need it.

Great location, great accommodation, great price - we stayed for the UTMB VDA event in July 2023 and the facilities were just right to support the ultra marathon attendance. You will find a fridge and cooking area and close to laundry - perfect location in the heart of Vielha

We are repeat guests because the location and comfort are both perfect for us, since we visit for skiing in Baquiera-Beret. Pet friendly and everything we need, plus a very comfortable bed.
