Great location in the beautiful old part of town and very near to the beach.

The interior was a little old for the price of the accomodation. Problems accessing the apartment using keypad code. More detailed instructions on how to use the keypad would have avoided this!

Steps to beach , bars and restaurants just one street back in heart of old town . Quiet, secure and comfortable .

Having stayed many times previously , disappointed no security boxes in room now . Also a bottle of water and some coffee pods for late arrivals would be great . Only one set of towel change night before departure and no cleaning throughout 9 night stay . Starting to look a little tired now and mattress in bedroom def needs changed , beyond it’s sell by date as constantly rolling to middle /end of bed as it dips even though we did rotate it . Only kettle needed an adaptor which had British plug ( luckily we had one ) . No toaster but there was a toastie machine .

Superb location close to the prom. Handy for the train station and town/shops etc A quiet side street and block of apartments. Good size apartment with good security key pads. Reasonably equipped kitchen.

No one to meet us. Let in by a workman after a text message.Had booked it for the reception and safety deposit box which were there last year. The website hasn't been updated by the new owners. Only basic equipment. Some refurbishment going on so not as clean as previously. Our friend was put into a side street apartment on her own which was got no daylight so was dark and cool. No one to ask after moving her. Strangely, found it hard to pay - had to ask for bank transfer!

The absolute best of these apartments is the location. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach, with bars and restaurants nearby. In the heart of Casas de Colores, and 5 minutes walking to downtown. We loved the location as we were travelling with a kid and it made things so convenient! The apartment had everything required for a few weeks stay, including AC which is an absolute must if staying in the summer. We really appreciated the kitchennette which allowed us to save some money on meals. WiFi worked flawlessly. The staff was very nice, professional and accommodating. Overall, great value and recommendable!

There are a few minor things that need to be taken into account to ensure a pleasant stay. Parking in the area is challenging. It is best to load/unload in the streets nearby (there is a place to briefly stop just in front of the apartments) and look for permanent parking elsewhere. There is free parking 10-15 minutes away by foot. One of the advantages of the apartment is the kitchen (when available). Although, there are no big grocery stores nearby, so the best choice is to drive to Mercadona which is 5 mins away.

Convenient location close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and the keyless entry is good.

Before being able to check in I needed to make a bank transfer for payment and then show proof of this. It would be more convenient if I was informed of this when booking so i could do this before i arrived at the property, this would save having to stand outside for 15 with low battery and poor phone signal trying to make the transfer. It wasn't a big deal but I think it would make it more convenient.

Property in great location , one street back from beach and promenade. Lots of bars, restaurants just steps away . Have stayed many times before but now needs a little tlc. Well equipped but would be handy to know make of coffee machine to buy correct capsules . Fab stay otherwise as always .

It’s really tidy , the bed is nice and it’s in a great location . I’ve been before and this is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Vilajoiosa . It’s like you’re at home.

The fridge was a bit noisy but didn’t bother me since I could close the bedroom door.

Location was excellent, bed was really comfortable, apartment was clean and it was up a pedestrian street so nice and quiet

We can’t complain about anything really, íf I had to pick, there was nothing toaster, not a problem for us as we only stayed for a weekend but if we stayed longer we would like a toaster to make breakfast

Situation is excellent. Comfortable apartment. Paid parking close by and it is possible to park further away ( about 1km) for free. Along beach front towards Alicante. Handy shop for milk bread in street just above.

There are 2 no 5s in the street and the door marked 'wave apartments' was not the one. I suggest a small sticker or sign on door: No 5 wave Apartments would be good for Clients, or emergency services. Apart from that small suggestion all was very good. .

Delightful location and a very nice apartment in a quiet location very close to the beach and all local amenities. The apartment was very modern inside and very clean. Our host, Gabriela was very friendly and helpful, and dealt with all our queries promptly.

We would have preferred regular towel changes during our 2 weeks there. We did get one change but had to ask.
