location was excellent room size balcony size tv all telly good

I was full board but didn’t arrive until late at night. there was no food waiting for me. The ambassador gives you a bag with sandwiches etc for a late check in. The soap and shower gel were via dispenser, but the hand wash and shower gel dispenser were either empty or not working these need to be checked daily by the cleaner. I only had my room cleaned every other day by my choice I wasn’t left any milk so only got two little milk in 4 days and roof top pool was out of use on the 13th for 3 days when you book they don’t tell you that !! to recap - Shower Gel - Hand wash - food on arrival - Milk in the room -Roof top pool I know the hotel will say you have to tell them !! but should I need Too !!!!

The hotel is in a perfect spot right in the centre but so quiet when the patio doors are closed you really can't hear any outside noise. The food was lovely we were half board and drinks on an evening were reasonably priced, the roof top is a genius idea although not quite big enough for the demand as it's really lovely. The staff were very friendly and I liked the security and different reception staff asking which room you were in if they didn't recognise The shower was fantastic and nice touches with the robes and slippers Fabulous hotel would definitely recommend.

My negatives although just minors are the air conditioning in the room. We just didn't think it was keeping the room cool enough for our liking but that's personal choice and it was particularly hot outside. Also I did put in comments on booking that we were coming to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and birthdays and thought the hotel might have left a little celebratory bottle. Bed was rather noisy at the least movement but very comfortable. Maids were very early with their cleaning. A few times we got knocked up but one morning they had already cleaned it whilst we were downstairs having breakfast but then another maid opened door but obviously noticed the bed was made and popped straight out.

Beautiful new hotel, close enough to the action to people watch but soundproof rooms guarantee no noise once yr doors closed. Gorgeous inside, very clean, huge beds, bathroom & rooms, massive tv & balcony .. luxury at an affordable price. The rooftop infinity pool is just lovely to dip in & see over benidorm, especially at night. We've stayed 4 times now, just a couple nights for the nightlife before heading off to quieter apartment further south. Check out the old towns authentic Spanish tapas restaurants & culture rather than the strip, also fun fr people watching though.

Our first visit to Benidorm on our many visits driving Spain, from the UK We spent three nights at Gold Arcos, booked for two but needed one more night to enjoy that Benidorm vibe. This was the perfect location and the property is a quality environment in every respect. It is seamlessly well managed, with staff members that are totally professional, welcoming, adaptable (my request to change parking bays was a master class in customer service and helpfulness-thank you!). Breakfast buffet was lovely. This is a top quality, classy venue, and one that I long to return to.

Air con did not get cold and not many sun loungers so I imagine in the summer there would be a struggle to get one

Hotel was AMAZING! Nicole at roof terrace bar 💯 fantastic, nothing was was too much and so friendly, always smiling! Breakfast was AWESOME, even chef doing the omlettes. I had such an FANTASTIC time at this hotel and so central, that l am coming back with my boys next year. When l was dropped off by the shuttle bus, l asked the driver where the hotel was, he said " what looks like a STUNNING Hotel", easily seen and was right! The smell of the hotel was soooooo nice , like large air freshners and rooms, l was BLOWN AWAY- highly recommend ***** You will not be disappointed, go, even when going for my shuttle bus, friend came with me and reception loaned us TWO umbrellas.

Nothing to dislike/fault. FIVE 🌟 STARS across the board.

Pool area was very small for the amount of guests. The usual sunbed wars early morning. Great views though and pool was nice and warm.

Food was very repetitive on an evening. A little more imagination needed with the planning. Pizza, burgers chicken curry available every night. Although there was alternatives it was a shame to see the same food repeated. Lasagne and cannelloni was rotated each night.

Beautiful room 😄 beautiful facilities ! Pool is amazing and drinks are reasonably priced ! If you are doing Benidorm a luxury hotel is a must and this ticked all our boxes

Breakfast could be better , didn’t feel it reflected the rest of the hotel. Wasn’t awful just not on par with hotel and facilities

Overall it is a fabulous hotel and if the food was brought up to the same standard it would be the best hotel in Benidorm in my opinion

The food is poor. I was invited to meet with the manager and he was open and honest about the standard of the food. He accepted that there is a problem but he has only been there for 7 weeks. I believed him when he said that getting the food quality to an acceptable level was a priority

Location is great, close to nightlife and beach. Rooms are spacious and clean with a really large balcony

The food could be improved. Roof top pool/bar area is great but only small so struggled to get sunbeds
