Place is nice, staff is nice and doing really hard and solid work. Breakfast was one of the best I ever had in Hotel. There is many things that is done right in this place and I can see management is trying really hard to make this place great.

So WIFI is a joke. TV restarted every 20-30 min. My partner at last meal got something not fresh and got sick. Rooms are clean and good but some parts of the room should be "refreshed". SPA was not available for us because it was almost impossible to make reservation. Parking spots are problematic - they should be some info if there is free spot or not.

The hotel offered excellent breakfasts, with a wide variety of options to choose from each day. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking views throughout our stay. Overall, the combination of delicious food and the hotel's stunning surroundings made our experience truly memorable. It was my husband's 40th birthday, and the hotel staff surprised him with a special gesture, which was incredibly thoughtful. We truly appreciate their kindness and are very thankful for the surprise.

The fridge could have been placed somewhere other than inside the wardrobe, as it took up too much space.

Loved the tranquility of the hotel and the room (220) was sensational with an amazing sea view. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful, especially behind the reception desk when we were trying to get a taxi. We received cava or wine and cake each day which was completely unexpected and lovely.

We were very disappointed that the bar for the rooftop pool terrace wasn’t open on the Sunday afternoon when it clearly said it opened on the weekend. No music, no staff and so if we wanted a drink we had to walk to the other pool. Breakfast was fine. If you wanted something else that wasn’t on the buffet it was a bit chaotic as you had to ask a member of staff who then went and ordered it for you.

restaurant was good except for the starter, we chose goats cheese salad with camaralised onions to share. it came as if someone had opened a packet of supermarket salad and dumped in on a plate with a small slice of cold goats cheese on the top and raw onions. apart from that the steak and fish that we had was excellent. Although the hotel is beautiful don't expect a comfortable night's sleep if you don't like hard beds and poor quality pillows. real shame as this is almost a perfect hotel. But a big thing is having a good night's sleep so one can enjoy the hotel. Maybe more wine at dinner is the solution

A nice place to stay to enjoy Zahara de los Atunes. The rooms in the historical cortijo are fantastic, and the facilities beautiful, with great views. Overall a very nice stay in Zahara.

The new buildings were not build with the same charm of the old cortijo. I would recommend refreshing installations to keep the style. The breakfast area was noisy and dark, affecting the overall experience. I would recommend rethikning the overall option for breakfast and find a different location that keeps the charm of the cortijo.

The staff were friendly - the hotel was so relaxing . The grounds and places to relax were abundant so comfortable. We see ourselves returning to this hotel.

The facilities were lovely with a choice of 3 pool. The roof top pool could have been a nicer environment if there were some plants to soften the concrete. For me it did not complement the rest of the beautiful grounds and oroperty . .

Absolutely everything about this place was amazing. We were a bit put off eating in the onsite restaurant from other reviews but it was amazing food, yes limited choice but what they served was fabulous. The sky bar with infinity pool was a perfect oasis of tranquility, we will definitely be back

If I had to pick one thing, and I'm being very picky (!) the outside patio furniture was not to my personal taste...and that's it!

Love this property. Stayed twice in two weeks because it’s so tranquil and well located near the beach and three lovely pools. The room 102 has terrace to pool and it was fanstastic.

They offered me a “sea view” room for €15 that was not necessary as my room was already amazing and had own terrace with a bed on it. Not sure why they were trying to get another €15-€20 from me when I had an incredible room already. Thank goodness I said no.

We like very much the almost everything in this hotel . The poosl are wonderful and the setting areas are great. The breakfast is perfect. For sunny days in the summer it is the perfect location. Zahara is a place we will never forget. The beach is 5 minutes from the hotel And the city is 5 minutes drive,

We were missing a kettle in the room for coffee during the day especially for the early morning. It is difficult to communicate with the hotel staff to ask and understand things because they do not speak English at all and the signage is also only in Spanish. The place is very romantic and for couples, yet children entered the heated and infinity pool, so you should check about that if it's important to you

The restuarant. For us the food (both breakfast and dinner) was a little lackluster compared with the rest of the hotel amenities and the other amazing restaurants we ate at.
