We really liked the pool, the breakfast, the room itself, and the very comfortable bed.

Everything was great, but in the evening we wanted to have dinner and went to the restaurant. We were told there were no available tables. Then we went to reception and made a reservation — so apparently there were tables. When we returned to the restaurant with the reservation, they again told us there were no available tables because they were expecting guests to arrive soon. In the end, we were seated, and four more people came and sat at one table — but no other guests showed up. After 10:00 PM, several tables in the restaurant remained empty. All of this seemed strange to us and slightly spoiled our overall impression of the hotel.

Room was spacious, with panoramic views. Air conditioning was silent. Breakfast was exceptional with omelettes made to order. Pool was large. Staff were excellent.

Public transport to the location from the city centre was ten minutes walk away. No problem for much of year but in 39 degrees that was a long walk. However, Taxis were Plentiful and economical if you didn’t want to walk. Public transport was excellent once you get to the bus stop or train station.

Easy accessible location (5 minutes from highway, 5 minutes from city centre, quiet area) - alle the facilities you need, comfortable beds & pillows, very well noise insulated rooms (we could hear the family in the next room when we walked on the hallway, but could hear nothing in our room), very good air conditioning (it was 37c outside but comfy cold in our room, and still quiet and no ‘wind’). Restaurant above expectation.

Pool is big, but so is the hotel. So pretty busy when we stayed there (but was in holiday season on an extremely hot day).

Fantastic view of the park and the Basilica in the distance. The room was spacious and nicely furnished and the bath / shower was very refreshing. The outdoor pool was a good size with lounge chairs all around.

Having to pay 17 Euros for parking as it was out of town. The hotel overlooks a free car park but we had a campervan and weren't happy to leave it. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room and unable to get any from the cafe as it was shut.

Well located and easy to find off motorway used hotel for an overnight stop while traveling, staff were very friendly and helpful, used hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast which were excellent pool nice ticked the boxes for what we wanted

Rooms were very comfortable bathroom lovely one compliant was a smell of stale smoke in the room . food was a bit late at 8.30 pm but service was excellent But well worth the wait over all a pleasant experience ,and its location only 5 minutes of the motorway and would definitely come back.

We had an exceptional stay and wished we could have stayed longer — a super find in Zaragoza! The rooms are modern, clean, spacious, and well-designed. The staff were friendly and efficient. Easy private parking below the hotel, and a short distance to the city centre by bus or taxi. And the pool is outstanding, a huge bonus on a hot summer’s day.

The view and proximity to city centre, safe parking, location on the outskirts of Zaragoza makes it easy to find. We have used this hotel for return trips to and from the east coast of Spain for four years now.

My advance booking was to my disadvantage. The ‘on the day price’ included breakfast and my advance booking didn’t include breakfast. Otherwise everything was good.

The room was spacious. It had two chairs which is definitely a bonus! The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb; staff were very attentive. The fish dishes were excellent, well prepared and presented. The carpark was easily accessible, spacious and very secure. All the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Arturo on reception was cheerful and helpful.

The TV was dire, very outdated. Channel selection was poor and no facility to cast from a laptop. The bath was clearly in need of an upgrade, it had a rusty patch on it. There is a lack of vegetarian options on the dinner menu. This is not unusual in Spain, but in such an big hotel with a 4 star rating, I would expect more choice.

Spacious rooms, nice swimming pool, parking free of charge, very nice breakfast. The eggs were specially good and runny.

They say it is family friendly but there was no food available at 7:00 pm, they don’t have ice cream… and the restaurant opens at 20:30. I know it is normal Spanish time, however at least room service should have been available: or at least sandwiches.
