Hotel staff was amazing, the room and property were clean, and great food options to choose from.

Rules say minors are allowed as long as they are with an adult. I had a security guy tell me I couldn’t have my 2 year old daughter in my arms as I was trying to get through the casino to another restaurant.

Everything was clean and nice. We had a problem with a shower, they fixed it right away when I let them know.

In this room (classic) we didn’t had a room shoes. We had two reservations and lady at the front desk tried to charge $380 without the reason, she couldn’t find the reservation, she was tried to charge for already prepaid room. The rest of the staff that we met was nice and competent. We figured out this problem later with another person, but it took us time.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was clean and well kept. Housekeeping did forget a couple of items, but a call to the front desk had them delivered in less than 10 minutes. Lots of food options within walking distance and very close to the LA River Trail for bike riding. Lots of table game options if you are a gambler. This was my third stay and will definitely be back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, They always had a smile and were attentive to us. The valet parking was very convenient.

This may seem trivial, but there was only 1 coffee pod and sugar setup for a double bed room and the king suit. I understand the goal is for the guest to go spend $ in the casino, but my husband and I don't function without coffee. Lol. We did get more from housekeeping, but it is just inconvenient to hunt down more coffee. Other than that the stay was very nice.

Thank you to the front desk staff for an upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was amazing. Although a bit aged, the room was comfortable, clean, had all you needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and practical. We loved our stay although there is not much to do in the local neighborhood. Located by the freeway with easy access to downtown. Good pool and ok food from the bar downstairs. Overall, a lovely stay, thank you!

Facilities were good and comfortable as well as having firnedly and serviceable staff. Restaurant and cafe have good tasting food. Gym facilities were good and clean and wifi signal was very good and stable. Good location next to main streets and freeway.

The only thing is that housekeeping did not do a throrough job. Had to request towels, soap, shampoo and bedsheets to be changed, which they did pretty quickly after the request, but I had to keep requesting soap and shampoo, they would not replenish.

It was very clean and felt safe. Included valet is great. Security and bell staff were very friendly and helpful.

Some of the staff was not the friendliest. Waitress only paid attention to specific guests. Front desk could have been friendlier. This was 2 individuals though and the rest of our stay was amazing.

The valet staff was outstanding. They were quick to bring my car when I needed it, and they were friendly and professional.

Unfortunately the spa was closed at the time I was there so I didn't get to experience that. Also, the pool was mediocre in terms of aesthetic ambiance. It was clean and served the purpose, but I would've liked it to be more appealing to the eye (e.g. planters with greenery to soften the view of concrete.)

The property was absolutely perfect! Clean , professional , location was so convenient!

Room was large and comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Good food available at casino. Pool and gym were both excellent. Valet included and very friendly and quick.

Walls lack sufficient sound proofing - could hear neighboring room noises.
