Was just fine for a one-night stay by the airport at a reasonable price. The breakfast was ok - typical continental options and one hot option: a waffle maker. Staff was friendly.

We like the 24 hour coffee and tea. We like the lady who cleaned our room when I requested because our stay was for 5 nights.

The person /a woman who checked us in. She has a rude personality. When I asked why there were no trash bags in trash cans , she said , " it's not good for environment" I thanked her when she gave me 1 large bag. My question is, how are you protecting the environment when you don't have a recycling system such as separating the plastics etc.

They seem to be cutting costs on cleaning services by having us request specifically when we want room service if it's not been the 3rd night yet. Which personally I'm fine with. I usually don't like leaving my stuff in the hotel with the risk things of high value might get taken, so having room service only when I'm ready for it was perfect.

There's a glass door to get into the hallway that leads into our rooms. There is a key card next to the door that looks like it should be used to get in, but it wasn't working. Even though our rooms were locked, the added extra feeling of security would have been nice had the outside hallway door lock also worked. Hypothetically anyone not staying at the hotel could go inside and wait outside of your hotel door.

Walkable from the airport. All the staff I met were very friendly. The waffle maker for breakfast. The bed was comfortable

The hot water didn't come through in the shower properly. The water was only heated up enough to take the chill off but didn't even get warm even after running the water for 10 minutes. Sound travels through the walls. I could clearly hear my neighbours talking and also their TV, which they had on all night

State in the booking confirmation email whether the pool is closed or open and accepted types of payment so the customer is prepared ahead of time. It is deceiving you show pool is available, however, in reality it is closed. Other than those details, great place. Recommend it!

Nothing, but I do agree that the hotel is outdated and therefore feels not clean, although it is not true.

The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Security, the hallway yo the rooms had a key card reader but was not in use. Would have felt safer if outside folks did not have access to room hallways

I love the comfort of the bedding. It was beyond my expectations prior to booking a budget inn hotel. I love how clean the room was, how quiet the property was during the night and the friendliness of the staff.

Good rooms, nice area, walking distance to a great food truck, and staff were very responsive.

I arrived at night and it was very hard to find a lightswitch for the room once I entered. The showers got water everywhere. There were no trash bags in any of the cans. All in all though, very minor problems for a cheaper hotel and would still recommend or go back.

Super soft bedding and comfortable mattress! The service at the front desk was great and because our flight was leaving before breakfast, she let us grab a couple items the night before.

It's an older hotel so we could hear the room above us moving around. Set the AC to 68 and it still felt warm, but it's July in Fresno.
