I liked that there was plenty of parking. I liked the size of the room. There was a desk with a nice chair. There was a TV but I didn't get around to using it. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Some cups and coffee packets. The bed was very comfortable. There were outlets everywhere in the room, which is nice.

I didn't like that we were next to the freeway. The freeway is noisy but also easy to get back on the freeway. The toilet was very noisy even when nobody was using it. The tank would fill back up and make a high-pitched noise.

The room is clean, the bathroom is clean and in good repair, the size of the room is very good. The mattress is wonderful! The breakfast is extended graciously until 10 AM. A great feature: the parking lot is lit brightly, very brightly, with large “football stadium “ lights so that the parking lot is as brightly lit as in daytime.

The temperature of the hot water was cautiously tepid. This made being scalded impossible. The water temperature encouraged very quick showers and baths.

Woman at the front desk in the morning was a delight. She answered my questions pleasantly as if she was inviting me to stay at her location. Location is a blend of business and residential. I would return.

The part you can't control is people standing around in the courtyard talking, smoking and with pets. This is not disqualifying, but it would be a consideration if I had a choice between here and another nearby place.

I liked the size of the room and I thought the lady at the front desk was polite and helpful.

Didn't like the area or the fact that there was a police presence lurking, however I could see why as the area is not a good one.

I love the area there is a shopping center with restaurants, liquor stores, smokeshop, gas stations I loved the room I was in the view of 7th st. AKA Moreno st.

I didn't like the freeway that's right next to hotel. Didn't like the fact that we can't do our own laundry here.

The room was clean.

The bed was hard and the environment of the hotel seemed kinda sketchy. There was take-out food thrown all over the stairs on one side because a couple was fighting. The vending machine was broken.

That's it's close to the store and it was convenient for me an walking distance to an from store an motel .

I'm just curious about booking.com. Because I'm on level 3 but Im not getting the rewards for level 3 ?. I'm just saying because I asked the front desk but they didn't have any clue about the rewards.

It wasn’t breakfast just granola bars and apple juice I expected more .

Floor was dirty when I asked the maid for a mob because I have a 12 month old son she said “ we can’t keep up with it because the oil from outside “ which should be a reason you don’t mop

On arrival we were quickly seen to and the young guy on reception was very pleasant that asked how our day had been and thanked us for booking a room with them. We had booked a room with a queen bed, but he gave us a free upgrade to a king bed which was just next to the office. The room was nice and clean, spacious and modern with a television, fridge with ice compartment, drawers and a chair etc, also a good sized bathroom. A good place to commute from, with places to eat within 5 mins walking distance.

The people at the front desk are so awesome!!!! In addition, the cleaning crew totally rocks. It's one of the best places.
