When I arrived, I was concerned based on how the outside looks at first glance but it definitely looks much better on the inside. For the price, it was great. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Pillows were hard. I have a neck issue at the moment and they made it worse. Besides the pillows, everything was great.

When we travel we like to go all the way. Also trying to stay with them budget. It was my first time booking there. I booked one of their newly renovated jacuzzi suites was very nice. Was very clean. Everything was brand new The girl in the front I can't remember her name was really friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great day and I would recommend it

I can't really say anything bad that I didn't like. Everything was okay. I will definitely book her again if I have any other events or business in the area

The location is convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby and super close to Ontario Mills. Although the furniture and decor are old-fashioned, the hotel had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The fact that there is a microwave and mini-fridge inside the unit was excellent. Water pressure from the shower was great. Parking was plentiful. I don’t understand the negative reviews because you get what you pay for and this is one of the cheapest hotels in the area.

The were 2 minor complaints we had: 1. the door wasn’t weather-proofed (there’s space on the side and on the bottom which sound and cold-air flows in). 2. The curtains don’t overlap completely so there’s always a bit of light coming in from the top.

Front desk staff was very accommodating and communication was great. I had a room with a new spa tub, it was AMAZING! The beds were comfy but, could use more pillows :) Lots of parking and easily accessible.

There wasn't a dresser or some place to put my clothes out of sight. The Closet didn't have doors. The AC unit was pretty loud but, not to the point that it bothered me much. My room was newly renovated I believe.

I like the size of the rooms everything was great

There's no ice machine available had.to go all.the way to lobby and ask the front desk..also the jacuzzi is not working i would really enjoy that next time

Large suite style units, separate pool and jacuzzi, guest laundry, breakfast and usually the bar has happy hour from 5-7p beer and wine.

Im still waiting for the deposit to post back to my account even when I received the receipt of the refund. Contacted my bank and the property and neither can say why it's taking so long, $100 USD deposit. Room rate was $76 paid $90.06 With taxes

Clean pool, nice court yard with Palm trees.

It’s an older place. Lacking updated technology. Not sleek and new but had what you needed. Not overcrowded!!

Location was nice. Liked that there was security at night

Lights were flickering outside and one of the rooms had a broken refrigerator, and our bed had a broken spring

It was clean and spacious.

The breakfast was really bad. Just toast and cereal.

No cold water in the lobby.
