I liked the pools and access to the beach. The front desk attention Hilton was very helpful.

Not enough towels. I called down twice and never got what I needed. Eventually I hunted down a house keeper and got what I needed. No security on the elevator. Anyone can access any floor. The parking garage has a light out on the second floor elevator. Dark and nor secure.

Traveled with an older relatives with mobility disabilities & received wonderful help & guidance. Especially from Pam ,the concierge @ the Royale Palms. Amalfi dinners & staff were wonderful. Clean, well kept grounds. Friendly staff. We will be back!

One very loud server at Amalfi on my last morning that was "training" a girl was talking so loud about personal life, people that were good tables opposed to others. I go to breakfast to start my day in a relaxing manner, with him talking the whole time behind me or off to the side it was not. One rude older woman at the towel station that was yelling at her staff & one rude server (bald male)at the wet whistle. Also I didn't like the diving by people at the pool splashing, wrestling throwing each other in & people going in the pool in street clothes.

We were blown away when we got to our room. Initially I had opted for an upgraded room but was told when I arrived that the upgrade was unavailable due to the hotel being totally booked. And that was a blessing in disguise because when we got to our room, we were shocked by how huge it was and how nice and clean everything was. We could not have asked for anything more. And our balcony was gigantic. Most definitely the nicest place my wife and I have ever stayed at Myrtle Beach. We will absolutely come again.

We loved the ocean view on our patio. The location is so close to everything. The pool and pool bar were awesome. Staff was all friendly and awesome each time we interacted w them! Sheets and everything were clean. Great value and we were so grateful we could enjoy a quick vacation at a resort like facility that we can afford.

Missing lightbulb on one side of our room and our tv didn’t work or maybe we couldn’t figure it out but there were no instructions. we had a great time anyway! We’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a comfier bed last time but this was still a great nights sleep.

Great amenities (parking garage, pools/waterpark, onsite coffee bar, bar/food, beach access, etc.). Very clean and maintained very well. Friendly staff.

Could use a closer ramp to the beach. Only had stairs as immediate access. This was a bit difficult with having a beach cart for our family including chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys for the kids, towels, etc. I literally had to pick the cart up carry up/down the steps or walk a pretty good distance to the nearest ramp.

The pool was great, however, the fake sand was into other parts of the pool and hurt my feet.

In the king bedroom (Room 1708) someone had vomited on both sides of the bed. There were bad stains. The king bedroom bathroom, the shower was so strong it hurt your skin so badly we couldn’t use it. Cushions would not stay on the sofa bed in the living room. They kept working their way off the sofa to the front. I reported all of these issues this to the property maintenance manager.

The property was clean and spacious. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. We had a full size kitchen and balcony view of the beach. The beds and pillows were comfy. The amenities at the resort were really nice. The pools were nice and you had access right to the beach. There is towel service and a bar on the resort. Overall- our stay was pleasant and are considering coming back again.

There was only 2 elevators working at the time we stayed there. So the elevators were pretty crowded each time we got on them. Ice machine is only on lobby level and you can inly grab a small cup full. The staff was really strict on not filling up coolers or anything large. BUY ICE. Bring money if you are trying to buy drinks at the bar. They are a bit pricey but delicious.

Ocean view and the washing machine and dryer works very well.

The pull out couch bed had dead bugs in it...very gross!!! And the single couch was dirty!!! We paid for resort fee and didn't use any ammenities!! Parking is pay per day!!! Also when booking, I selected the offer for 2 king beds and in the room it was a full size and queen.

The room had a side view of the ocean, The first room that they had given us was dark and the furniture looked outdated. The manager was kind to show me other rooms. I did get the same size and side view. since they did not have ocean view available.

Our room was facing mosly the parking of another ficility. We had the side of the Hotel that venders came thruw. Like big delivery trucks.

it’s very beautiful, all of their staff is very kind. The pools are clean and this resort is very family friendly!

we had to do a lot of cleaning when we got there, the floor and rug was covered in sand. we had to wash the bedsheets in the master bedroom because we found a nice amount of hair.
