The staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee available all day. Loved the cookies upon arrival. The price was reasonable and so was location.

I was disappointed a little with the breakfast on Friday morning. We got down there 45 minutes before the end and some of the containers were almost empty. And they never got refilled. Saw other people come in and were not happy either. Otherwise the foods that we had were delicious.

The breakfast is excellent. There is a variety of foods and fruits, and it is delicious! The staff is so friendly. The hotel also has available cookies/squares for snacks and water!

The pool water is cold, this is the reason I am not giving 10 to my stay! My skin was also itchy the next after I went to the pool, but I am not sure if it was a reaction from the Water Park or from the hotel pool.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, all the while maintaining their professionalism and efficiency. The location was great, easy to find with ample parking. The hot tub was very refreshing. The breakfast was nicely done. All in all, it was a great night's stay.

The staff were great and the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet.

The floor in the lobby needed a quick mopping but thats due to the slushy snow so I can't really fault them for that as everything else was very clean. Breakfast was just ok, the hot food needed to be hotter, it was very cold.

Good bargain, friendly staffs ( both the guy at front desk & the girl works at breakfast area, efficient & professional )The self made pancakes machine is fun to watch & the pancakes was excellent (haven’t had such a nice pancakes for a long long time). The hotel is as clean as it should be, trusted to go back again.

The cleanliness, very friendly staff, both checking in and out! Loved the room size and comfortable beds and the coffee and treats in lobby were not just a nice touch but very tasty! Thank you! I highly recommend and hope to stay here and make Sleep Inn my go to from now on!

Everything was perfect!!

Room was spacious and clean; the beds were comfortable.

The hot tub and sauna could have been hotter, sauna was not hot at all. Those things are wonderful at the end of a long drive and we were looking forward to melting in the hot tub and sauna.

Breakfast was great with the pancake machine. Rooms were nice roomy and clean. Bathrooms were roomy and nice shower. Lots of room for parking. Staff really nice and helpful.

Coffee could have been a bit stronger out of the machine. Even the bold choice was not very strong. Maybe it just had to be set?

Breakfast was a nice variety of items but most of the hot food items We’re not very hot.

Most places we stay at accept AAA,Veteran or Senior discounts. I inquired and was told they couldn’t because we booked online.

Clean, modern

We arrived when there was an event happening at the Alerus Center next door and were unable to drive into the front side of the hotel. We were redirected to the back which had no connecting laneway to get to the front of the hotel, thus having to drag all of our luggage from behind the hotel to the front. There was no direction from the hotel that this was a possibility or instructions on where to park as an alternative.
