I loved absolutely everything. The staff was amazing from the beginning, with a wonderful location, super clean, close to stores, and places to eat. The pool was super clean (unfortunately, I didn't have time to swim, but I will next time). The breakfast was amazing! I love the fact that it's included with the room, especially when I'm traveling with 4 kids and 2 adults! The rooms were super big and comfy, we had a double queen suit with a fold out bed, we fit 2 people per bed, a little sink, a fridge, a big bathroom, along with a nice view! Parking was easy, along with check-in and out! I will recommend this hotel and will always use this hotel when coming to visit my hometown!

Nq everything was great

Everything! Room was very clean. It’s been remodeled in the Lobby and so nice! Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable! Staff was very nice and so was the lady doing breakfast! Waffles, oatmeal, potatoes, sausage, scrambled eggs, muffins, fruits, yogurt, cereal, lots to choose from! Close to Cracker Barrel and can walk to it from hotel. Close to other things as well very convenient! Highly recommend!

I loved the fact that it was close to the areas I was visiting and when I entered my room the tv had my name on it! The room was very clean. Even the sheets, cause one thing about me Ima check them sheets. It really felt like I was at home. I also loved the entrance. It was warming and made you feel like you staying somewhere with some class. Even the smell of the hotel, it wasn't overpowering but not too faint. Just smelled fresh and clean. And not like hospital clean like other hotels I've stayed in. It actually smelled like a teakwood or mahogany, woodsy and slightly floral scent. Just lovely! The staff from morning to night was so friendly and I could tell they enjoyed what they do. I was even offered waters coming and going. Other hotels don't even provide water or snacks. Overall, for the price I paid, it overly met my expectations. This will be my go to hotel whenever I visit.

Only bad thing I have to say is the parking lot is too small. It was confusing for me at first and just not as big as it should be for that hotel. It did include charging stations and door parking to the diamond members, but for us regulars, be warned. Come night, it fills up quick. One night I came back very late, and it was literally one park left, THANK GOD! Other than that, I have no complaints.

Easy access to the freeway. Restaurants in walking distance. Convenient for gas stations. Newly refurbished and clean.

Price has gone up a lot. May be looking for another hotel when we pass through this area again unfortunately.

They had no teabags at all. We don’t drink coffee. The front desk clerk said they had been waiting for some time for a delivery. Eventually she walked to their neighboring hotel and got a couple of teabags for us. One elevator was not working so lines were long.

Very Clean

No coffee in the lobby as I depart to the office at 7:30am, the only coffee available was decaf. There was a water issue for about 40 minutes on the morning of5/16/25. The phone in my room (304) would not allow me to ring the front desk.

The breakfast was delicious. The beds were incredible comfortable along with the soft bedding to cover up with. The size was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We will be back again as we travel to Florida a lot.

There was nothing to complain about or dislike. We were only there one night, and are interested in coming back for a longer stay.

The room was very nice. The decor was nice and everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Check-in and checkout was quick and easy.

Would have been nice if they had had pancakes in addition to the waffles. But, other than that, it was a good breakfast.

Overall, the front desk staff was very welcoming and kind.

On the breakfast bar, I saw the employee changing out an empty juice container twice without gloves on her hands while grabbing the end where the juice juice is disbursed.

Really close to the I-10 and close to many restaurants. Good breakfast. Clean rooms

At the moment of check in the check in there wasn’t anyone available this was around d 9:00 pm I have to look around. Didn’t wait too long either but still I felt like it was unattended. Also the door going to the rear parking lot close to the swimming pool did open with the card. I don’t know why.
