I loved that it was beach front, we went for the 4th of July so I was very please with the firework show and I love how close we were. The pool/tiki bar was great. For what our family did were we fairly close to everything we did.

The biggest issues I had was the ONE elevator that was working BARLEY worked. It took forever and at times was a little sketchy. Then there were various small things such as: Internet hardly worked Balcony door was hard to open/lock/unlock The shower looked nasty but was clean and the bathroom mirror had a big crack across the bottom, in general could just use some update/tlc And if I had wanted to cook meals (which I did plan for) I had one small pot and pan and no utensils.

The staff were great. Everyone we encountered were very nice and helpful. On our first night, we had a problem with the bathroom sink. Sunshine came right away to fix the issue. Resort could use some updating and deep cleaning. Mattresses kept sliding off bed. There were no linens for the sofa bed.ays asked how we were enjoying our stay. The resort is on the beach, which is what we wanted.

Ive stayed at this location multiple times. I loved my room on the 7th room overlooking the pool but mainly the ocean.. I love watching the waves roll in at night and seeing the ocean 1st thing in the morning. And loved having the bar in the pool area. My kids loved seeing the pool cleaned every morning. Lol.. they are young so they didn't realize it was cleaned every morning. But overall.. ive stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay at this location.. friendly staff. Loved it..

I loved the location along with the staff. They were wonderful.

One of the two elevators went down so at times you would have to wait for it. We was on the 7th floor out of 8. So at times it was not even making it half way up to us before it would go down. We could have walked down but for me with heart problems and just getting over surgery for pacemaker and defibrillator replacement for the 2nd time tis year, along with cancer which I am receiving immunotherapy for and neuropathy in my feet and legs walking up and down stairs is not a good option.

The properties location is fantastic. It is right on the beach. It was a very peaceful stay. We stayed a week and enjoyed our time very much. For the price that we paid you could not have asked for a better resort. The tiki bar was fantastic. The bartender there, Kellz, it was fantastic and made great drinks!

There were only a couple downfalls one there is a hot tub. It is hot, but there are no bubbles. Their pump is not working or needs to be fixed. We had one issue with our stove. We had to keep the breaker turned off on it because it would not shut off and it would shock you when you cooked. And they do have a full kitchenette, but they do not have any type of skillet other than a little tiny pancake skillet so you might want to bring one of those.

Love that it had a real refrigerator had stove stuff to cook with utensils plates and cups they had towels by the pool which is great when you leave your towel in your room lol the beach was clean water in pool was great and clean over all was great staying and safe...

Did not enjoy the elevator there was two of them one was broken and the other was scary it jerked on some of the floors and felt like it was going to fall they did not have enough parking had to park across the road from the hotel but my hole family loved being there

Very relaxing, one of the best trips we had to Panama City Beach! The water in the ocean was filled with more seaweed than we are used to but no fault of the owners you just take a chance a hope for the best. Pool took a big place in our enjoyment. It was great, very clean and accessible.

Needs a bit of updating, and only one elevator worked. I had to wait because I had heart surgery with complications and I can no longer walk steps. So a minor inconvenience.

Reasonable price for a place on the beach. I also liked that it had a separate room for living room and kitchen. Sunsets were fantastic from the balcony or the beach.

Could use some updates on facilities but very comfortable. Did not appreciate the extra unexpected $250 hold on a credit card or debit card hold that was for security deposit ( not sure if that's what they called it ) ,would have been nice to be known about this prior to arrival. We were on a budget for this trip and this unexpected hold on our funds put a damper on our VACATION!!!!! DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT!!!!

The staff at beachcomber are very nice.

The condition of the hotel is dated and some of the rooms are sort of falling apart. Me and my family do stay here every year because the staff is totally nice but the hotel needs updating the only thing I'm afraid of is if the hotel gets updated the prices will skyrocket and we have been staying here for years. The room was clean but very very very dated. The linens were clean everything was wiped down properly. So the room was clean within reason there were no straight hairs or anything like that in the tub or on the sinks everything was clean the hotel just really needs to be updated that's all it's not a staff fault at all.

Beds weren't good for sleeping. We usually stay on 3rd floor but this time got 7th and nope not again beds extremely worn out and were not queen size at all
