We had the opportunity to have breakfast one day during our stay. The staff (especially Rose) was very friendly. The food was hot, appealing and tasty. Rose greeted each guest and made sure they had what they needed. Very nice lady.

We really liked this place and had an enjoyable time. All the staff at the front desk was friendly and met any requests we asked. This is one of the few hotels that were welcoming to our service dogs. This made our trip even more enjoyable and successful. We only have good things to say about this hotel and the location. Thanks to the entire staff.

I liked everything about my stay. The staff was great. Nia and Lisa at the front desk were really engaging. My room was clean. The bathroom was clean and well-lit, with all amenities full stocked, such as hand soap and body wash. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was well put together. I also enjoyed the manager's reception on that Monday. I will definitely return to this Holiday Inn Express when I am back in Lagrange. 😃👍

Honestly, there is nothing I didn't like. I have one minor recommendation. With the bed being so comfortable, I think the pillows could stand an upgrade to the comfort of the bed.

The little gift bag when u walk in. And snack available. Front desk evening lady was great very welcoming. The indoor pool. The breakfast was great. Will definitely be back

It was hard to see the sign . It was set back. I didn't have any wifi in my room.

Friendly host, clean rooms, full size Dove brand hand wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!

Bed was a little hard. But our stay was wonderful and you can’t always accommodate every person when it comes to bed firmness. Some prefer soft, some prefer hard. I’d say this was a nice medium. Just not as soft as I would have liked.

I was very pleased with the breakfast buffet. The lade that was working (Rose) was very nice we enjoyed talking with her. I have stayed at several different hotels with breakfast not nearly as good as yours.

Place was clean, staff was friendly. Beds comfortable and felt safe.

Elevator was slow, sounded like it was dying. Group in lobby listening to music while drinking liquor with kids. Seemed odd, but we weren't hanging out there. Was really weird to walk in during check in and witness that. I travel a bit for work and first time I can say I've seen that.

Really enjoyed the breakfast. Location was perfect. Nicki, the general manager, checked us in. Because there were plenty of availability, she upgraded us to a nicer room. She was very kind & made us feel at home.

Sink in bathroom drained slowly. This was just a minor inconvenience.

The location was really convenient. Property itself was exceptionally clean.

If there was anything not to like about the property, it could have been the rumblings that the elevator made.

We forgot our personal pillows and the staff was so helpful to locate them and took them to the post office so they could be returned. We were ever so grateful ‼️

Everything was great. Really enjoyed our stay. When we come back to town, we will stay with you again.

Didn't have any body wash and two of the pillow cases was dirty.
