The location was great. The beach and nearby restaurants were mostly walking distance. The check-in staff were super friendly. We were able to check-out beach towels and beach chairs as well, which was super convenient.

The building was a little outdated and the beds could have been a little bit more comfortable. But for the price we got, we didn't mind it.

+ Very convenient location, a little bit of a walk from the main strip (approx 5-7 mins) but we enjoyed the peace and quiet + Views of the canal and city (after being upgraded to the 43rd level, the views were amazing) + Customer service + Security, the lobby is manned by security 24/7 and require a key card to enter + The convenience of a smart car rental on the ground floor made it easier to rent a car to get around the island! + Ice and water available to refill daily

- The lifts take a long time to get anywhere, most of the time you'll be waiting for the lifts to get to your level (the amount of lifts do not adequately service the amount of people in the building) - Homeless people like to loiter across the street at night

The security lady guard on duty wen I arrived she can talk in a nice way not sounds like she’s working at hotel with tourist guest from everywhere travel for 1hour -7hrs or longer but sounds intimidating and discriminating date lady guard on duty and time was 9/9/2024 at around 3pm she supposed to be in a customer service or hotel industry she can act like that if there a riot or rumble.

The location was perfect, close the shops, stores and the beaches. Staff is very friendly and supportive ! The entire trip was very welcoming, Aqua had everything for me and the kids, pool, small convent store, gym, spa, sauna and much more !😊😊😊😊. Definitely going to be a frequent guess!

I don’t usually write reviews after staying at hotels but this hotel was just amazing! Very very nice staff and I loved the view, was able to see everything and the price was so worth it as well. Close to food and just a short walk to the beach. Definitely coming back!!

We booked for a large group of us and it catered to us perfectly all on the same level which was great. Loved the pool and BBQ area. The location was good not being too far from the beach and close to shops. The rooms were big enough to accommodate our groups.

The washing room on our floor was under maintenance so we had to lug our washing downstairs,

Great centralized location. Friendly front desk and parking attendant staff. Older hotel that is currently going through some renovations, but we got a great deal. Great views from our floor and didn't have to use the AC since there was always a cool breeze coming through when we had the living room windows and sliding door in bedroom open. Lots of shops and eateries within walking distance.

The bed could have been more comfortable, but we didn't plan on lounging around in the room for too long.

The location was great, closed to all beaches and good restaurant and the view from hotel balcony was stunning.

Location is great and the restaurant downstairs has awesome local foods and very convenient I ate their breakfast 4 mornings in a roll and the prices are totally reasonable. Washed clothes while I swam at the pool because both facilities on same floor plus I got snacks from the convenient store there also.

The only thing I can think of was the switching of elevators that’s all

Location was good. Many attractions - beach, restaurants, buses, etc. - were within walking distance.

Price was almost 50% higher than when booked due to taxes & fees. 3 of the 5 elevators were not working for 4 of our 7-day stay so long waits.
