Very good location

The payment system is not good because when I booked the rooms through booking.com, the property only charged a deposit payment and asked to pay the rest on the day I arrived so that make me pay more that the price that I booked because of the exchange rate which it’s very annoying. Not really happy about the payment system they did.

The location was excellent, the airport bus stop is over the road. Close to shops and beach. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was very good. We would stay again because of the location and hopefully a better equipped kitchen.

The full kitchen was poorly equipped. No cups, no glasses, no cereal bowls, no cloth to clean dishes or dry them, no saucepan for the stove in the room. Only paper cups supplied.

Location, cleanliness, balcony view, comfortable bed and the staff were great. After reading the reviews we were hesitant to stay here but it was much better than we had read. During the 12 nights here, we didn't see or talk to anyone displeased. Free coffee, iced tea, water, towels for beach as well as the daily pack with fruit juice, chips and granola bars. Kitchen is well equipped if you ask for what you need. Hot water if let it run a long time.

Room is older and paint peeling in bathroom but you get what you paid for when comparing to other hotels I saw. Certain times of the day the hot water was only luke warm. Again let it run a long time.

The staff are nice. The location is great. The snack during the morning was amazing. The housekeeping were awesome.

This is the third time that I stayed at this hotel, and they did not improve the room noise from the street. A lot of street noise coming from the room's balcony. There is no insulation at all. Even with the door completely closed, it feels like I'm on the sidewalk. The insulation between the rooms is good, but it's terrible from the street. I recently received an email saying that they are improving some things, like the elevator (which I didn't see any problems with and it worked perfectly the three times I was there). But unfortunately they didn't list the improvements to the balcony doors. I'm going to rethink whether or not to book this hotel this year just because of this issue; the noise is very stressful. I will call them and check if have some room without street noise.

The location is beach walkable. Housekeeping and front desk staff were so kind and helpful. Bonus is Nikki the Facilitator who can book activities on site. She is always available. The property is clean, has a pool onsite. Nordstrom is located across the street. You can go across the street to Duke's/ ABC for all your needs. Check out Paia and Secret Spot located feet away. The hotel gifts you beverage and snacks daily. There is filtered water, iced tea and coffee in the lobby. All common areas were always clean. Additional thank you to my housekeeper for the pleasant smile and crisp corners on my bed.

We had a City view room, which was including a beautiful view to the city and a little kitchenette, which was amazing for a family of 4. I would definitely recommend it to families, staff is really helpful, location is great, close to the beach as well. Hotel is easily reachable by bus nr 20, but you can park your car as well if needed.

The hotel and rooms are dated however price and value ratio is great. All is needed is a bit of refurbishment for the rooms, otherwise it was all great!

Good location, everything's close by restaurants, malls, beach everything you need. Good room service also we love the laundry is accessible 24hrs.

It's loud at night, especially between 3-5am. (homeless people screaming). Some staff are so strict not smiling.. Our shower was dripping, which is hard to close it properly. Wish we had more lights, it was dark a little bit.

Location was excellent and hence worth the money we paid. Beach is walkable and a lot of restaurants, supermarkets nearby. I got a microwave and kitchen appliances when asked for. Great views from 10th floor and feels like you are in the mid of a very happening place.

There is a parking fee of 45$ extra per day which they could probably advertise more before booking but the valet service was always prompt and received good service from them.

Location is very good. not far from Beach. room is ok, Hawaii is really expensive. it is in the center of all food and waikiki beach. With the bus you can go from the airport for 3 dollars cash there in 50 mins. Easy. I like the service of beach towels. Free water, tee, coffee is there. Room is fine and spacious. also the bad. 24h reception is good.

You pay 25 usd per day for "breakfast" these are unhealthy bio-engineered sweets, cans full of sugar. Not good for the people. Hotel is old, renovations not done.

The staff was super busy but they were super friendly at helping us get pots pans and other cooking utensils delivered to us as well as extra coffee. I've stayed at ohia hotel a few times already this was my favorite room by far I will always be requesting room 580.

Everything was great I just wished thier was extra blankets and pillows in the room for the pull out sofa.
